Do not buy from this Shop. They do not deliver the product as shown on their photos of the product. Be prepared to be disappointed. The christmas stocking looked high quality and fluffy and I paid top dollar for simple Christmas stockings but when they arrived, the material was thin and tattered. Their commication is terrible, they do not even care. They were not sorry what so ever.

Awesome product. I had a lot of doubts before buying as to how it would turn out but the photo cube LED lights are amazing and multi colored cube lasts an entire night without charging as well.

Terrible. Ordered a qr voice recording and it came with no QR code to scan. Messaged customer service twice and still no response. I am so disappointed.

DO NOT BUY!!! I did not get the order I wanted. We bought Christmas stockings, they did not look anything like the picture, the names were different sizes, they were facing different ways, and you couldn’t hang them as the tag was 5cm inside the stocking. Contacted them and got no response.

I paid over $100 for my order. I'm nervous after reading these bad reviews. I wonder if the items are coming from China! I didn't think to look before ordering. SMH

No experience yet. I was looking for a last minute Christmas gift. I am SUPER nervous 😳 now after reading the comments.

I can only PRAY it comes in time and it is what I ordered. I haven't been able to get out...on bed rest until January. Sigh...if it's messed up I will deal with customer service.

IM still waiting but the comments are making me nervous. I do know that my friend ordered something like that I did and it took a long time to come like two months but I love it. So I'm just gonna hope for the best. I know that it might be late for when I was wanting it but just wait and be patient. there were good reviews as well and I'm gonna trust them. I'll comment again when it's here and see how it is. I am not able to see where my order is though and it's stressing me out a lot.

Horrible company… do not waste your money. I will never use it again and strongly suggest you do not either.
They made a printing error on my order from September and said it would be corrected, but has never been sent to me.

It was my crystal wedding anniversary coming up, so was looking online to buy a simple 3D engraved crystal of our dog. I came across Idorashop and it was about £30 for a small crystal block; you upload a photo and in all honesty I expected the result to be rubbish... it's brilliant! An incredibly finely detailed and really impressively 3D image of our pooch, high quality in a nice little presentation box. Maybe the right image helps (I'm guessing good light, high resolution, good depth), but we love it so much I just bought two more for Christmas to make a little set. I can only vouch for one product, but the quality and value for money is amazing really.

Bought premium shipping for it to get here on time for someone’s birthday, 3 days late and still has not arrived

I’m being honest, I found this place on Facebook and thought it was a scam. But it was either get a personalized necklace of my beloved Ozzy boy or get a tattoo on my back, and guess which one I chose. I was on my guard the whole time, and it did take a long time (long enough for me to reconsider my options) but OH MY GOD! It was worth the wait! It’s the spitting image of my late boy, and they even engraved his nickname on the back of the necklace. It even has texture where his fur curled in the image I used. I never take it off as it’s my prized possession. I love it so much I’m getting my other two dogs made, Howie and Trinket. Maybe the clothing items are a waste of money, but that’s irrelevant to my experience. I was ecstatic about the results.

The one complaint I have is that his birthstone fell out (Feb), but that’s a minor issue.

I ordered a daughter candle and never received it. I contacted the company and was told they had no record of my order. They have taken my money and not delivered my goods. This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. I will never order from them again and I will ensure everyone I know is aware they take your money and don't deliver goods.

I'm writing this review because I just wanted to make people aware this shop is NOT a scammer, well not for me anyway.
I ordered with Idorashop and realised a few days later I had not received an order confirmation via email so when I looked into them I saw a lot of reviews saying they were scammers and once you have paid you don't receive the goods. I therefore raised a concern with PayPal and asked for my money back and to cancel my order.
Idorashop responded and said the items had been made and the order could not be cancelled.
Following this I then received an email from Idorashop confirming the items were on route and I could track it the whole time.
Admittedly the items did take around 4-5 weeks to arrive from date of order but the items I ordered were great! I was extremely happy with the quality and my Mum absolutely loved them when I gave them to her.
I would definately recommend them, I would just give yourself enough time for them to arrive as they come from China (according to my tracking information).

If I could give 0 out of 5 I would! Avoid this company! Product purchased was damaged and didn't work. Asking to return and refund but they are being difficult and bartering for what % they will give. Still trying after a week to get a refund. If this continues much longer I will be reporting to the bank and Trading Standards.

I don’t normally write reviews but I actually went out of my way to find this website and leave a review because I was so happy. I purchased a personalised pet necklace with our dog on it for my sister and I could not be any happier with it. The necklace was a little bit expensive(£32) but as it’s a one off and it’s her birthday I considered it to be worth it, I was worried it may look a little too generic but it looks exactly like our dog. I’m sorry to hear about everyone else’s negative experiences but mine wasn’t like that at all. Delivery did take approx. 2 weeks but I think that’s pretty good considering it came from China.

I ordered champagne glasses , didn't receive them , i contacted them they said it will take a bit longer due to covid I ordered them late March, when tracking the item it now says its expired I have demanded a refund and I have yet to receive a reply, I find it strange that you can not contact them via phone . I believe I have
been scammed. Don't buy from this company cause you don't know if your going to get the product or not.

I ordered a personalised photo pendant from these, I was a bit sceptical at first and thought “nah they can’t get the detail right” but they have done a brilliant job in my personalised photo pendant of my dog and it had every last bit of detail in the pendant.
It Comes from China so will take a good few weeks but worth the wait

If you want to waste your money on this scam go right ahead. My bestie paid $40 for their glowing up Rock thingi with a face on it and it looked nothing like the advertisement. It was the creepiest thing ever. She contacted for a refund and they said they can’t give a full refund. It was their fault and they were so unhelpful about it

This shop is a fraud. They charge you $30 for fast order execution 2-5days shipping and yet take several weeks to deliver your order. If you need to order something for an event or a special date don't even consider them. Not only they will fail you, but they also refuse the refund.
In addition, all items are very low quality. Silver jewelry is not 925 quality but much lower, it irritates skin just like cheap metal. Fraud!
