Garbage

Garbage, useless info, help line is a robot, support ticket is still unanswered. Trying to submit my ID photo, picture is clear as day, gets denied no matter how you put it. Their only “help” is a basic little infographic on information you already know. The “guide” chat bot is useless, it’s multiple choice, you pick one, it sends you a thoughtless message, then closes instantly, that’s not a chat bot. Infuriating, thoughtless, corpo garbage, stopping me from getting my code signing due to your flawed system with no easy way for customers to get help quickly, this shit matters to business who rely on this service to get their software signed. Garbage.

It was very pleasant. We process was smooth and easy. Unfortunately I closed the call too early because I pressed the X after signing everything too early. I hope it is still completed.
