Very unprofessional.
I had a diamond package ( the best and most expensive)
After fitting my bike and some adjustments on the headset and stem my steering wheel becomes very stiff and hard to move.
I made complain straight away but the service technician advised me to visit a local bike mechanic and repair the issue :( So after bike fitting my bike isn't good and functional as before and now I have to look for repair and additional time and money cost.
After all I received email that thay are bike fitting company that provide service of bike positioning, not a mechanical company -in other word, they can set up your position on bike, but if they screw up anything on your bike, they are not keen to take their own responsibility.

Using wahoo kickr bike instead of the smart bike, ridiculous

While I'm a beginner in cycling, I was advised to do this kind of study in order to ride safely, avoiding blessures. idmatch study uses pretty high tech material, such as infrared camera detecting automatically all the body measures and joints, and laser measurements for other useful measures. After the measurement phase, I rode a "machine-bike" for around 20 minutes, during which the size of the bike was adjusted automatically via computer, so that to fit optimally my body size. Same measurements were reported then on my bike. Also shoes were adjusted to fit my feet and body. In the end I have my own bicycle set to fit my body. I just made a short ride of 35km since the study, as suggested by the technician, and of course I felt immediately a substantial difference. 32km/h on average seems pretty easy, I could not resist to push a bit and had picks of 40 km/h, which was just impossible before (before the study I could not use bike-shoes as the bike was too high, the technician cut the chassis to the correct height so that to fit also my leg length). Very satisfied so far, and on top of that at Routens shop I found nice staff.

Amazing Experience. I already had several bike fittings in the past and also do fittings myself. The idMatch was by far the best and most professional one I have ever done.
Especially the cleat positioning is one thing I really benefitted from. Finally some minor issues have been solved after years of trying.
Very friendly Team as well and to have the backup of thousands of fittings in the idMatch Database is great.

Will definitely come back once in a while to check for improvements and also to setup the cleats for new shoes if I get some.

I got the proper measurement needed for my trek madone, however, still not managed to address the saddle issue which is still hurting my left crotch badly.

but overall it was a good fitting system

I got both my seat and my integrated cockpit lowered with 1 cm and my seat moved forward as much possible. I got arm, shoulder, neck, back and hip pain. Basically the position is extremely uncomfortable. My bike is Ultimate CF SL 8 which is male bike and my only comment on the comfort on the bike before the bike fitting was the cockpit length. Now I feel like everything is completely wrong. I cannot push and pull, the seat is sticking into my bones. I probably got used to the previous position but it was extremely painful. I barely did 70 km and I was ready to quit on 30-th km

I have a pretty uncommon feet size, hoping that itu could closely set my cleat. But I think they needed more time. I fixed it myself afterwards.

But overall really enjoy the experience and the helpful fitters.

And the good thing is i can book for up to 6 months.
