I brought the mat as a gift, I think it looks lovely and it was a nice touch to be in a bag, wasnt expecting it. Had some really nice designs online - was hard to choose from.

The mousepad is very good and clean.When playing a game it feels smooth and the fabric is just perfect.I would definitely recommend buying mousepads in this website.WWW!!!

I ordered a mousepad from ID Gaming (Order #107664) on August 28th, costing €88.95.
The package was shipped with Asendia/DHL and received a tracking number:

On September 5th, DHL marked the shipment as “not AGB-compliant” and returned it. According to DHL, this could mean the package was incorrectly prepared, oversized, insufficiently franked, or had wrong details. In other words: an error on the sender’s side.

Since September 5th (11 days ago), I have sent two emails to ID Gaming explaining the issue. I have received no reply at all.

At this point, I don’t know if they are ignoring my messages or if I’ve been scammed, but I am left without the product or a refund.

If ID Gaming sees this: please take responsibility for your shipping error, respond to customer emails, and resolve this situation. Until then, I cannot recommend ordering from this shop.

The quality is better than expected. The design is actually better in person and I don't regret buying it. Shipping was also fast. Thx!

They send me the wrong pad (and a dirty one too) and after trying to get into contact multiple times, they simply stopped responding to me.
I hope they like my money because I will never buy from them again.

Great mouse pad. Was a custom design and it turned out great.
Delivery was quicker than I expected and it arrived in a nice little bag.
Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again for mouse pads.

Only place I could find that offered XXL deskpads in a design that wasn’t plain black, quality is good and design is printed in high quality.
The price is higher than competition but ultimately I’m happy with the purchase.

The colour of the Mat I received was nothing like on the website, I sent 3 emails reaching out ID gaming, after a week they replied. I provided pictures and 5 days later still no reply.
Customer service is non existent with this company. Do not waste your time and money.

I saw something on Reddit that said it wouldn't ever arrive to the US after I ordered, so I was very pleasantly surprised to see it arrive within a week or so! It's a great desk/mouse pad, I'm very satisfied with the feel and the design is beautiful.

I placed an order for a mousepad and keycap bundle advertised as being delivered within 3–4 working days. Four days later, I received an email saying the mousepad had just started being made. After a week with no updates, I reached out to customer service but received no reply. Another week later, I followed up again and still heard nothing back. Eventually, I was issued a refund without explanation, only to learn it was because the keycaps were actually out of stock, despite showing as available at the time of purchase.

Something doesn’t add up with this company. I’ve noticed they reply to half of their reviews claiming orders were “lost in transit.” It’s strange that this seems to happen so frequently with them, yet not with other companies...

Edit: Upon reading more reviews, I feel like thanking my lucky stars for my impromptu refund. Seems like a lot of people were in the same boat as me but they never end up getting the product or their money back. I cannot stress enough - please do not buy anything from this company.
