Never received my items and the support team had the communication skills of a donut.

Update: I was here on the day of delivery. I don’t know where you’re getting this information from. There was no given reason for it to not to be delivered as the information provided from the carrier was just set as delivered.

Incorrect items were sent. Contacted customer service, was asked to provide photos which I did and have not heard back. Contacted help email and also ignored. Have had to open a dispute to get a refund/resolution.

Quick turn around, well made product (including my dodgy DIY image), and looks really good quality! Love the attention to detail and the care in the follow-up.

Good material as promoted and great colors, better than expected from previews. Got the deal of buy 2 get one free. So with that the price was really good.
No problems ocurred with the delivery, which seems to be the problem with a lot of other customers.

Got the mouse mat as a Christmas present. Had a look when it was delivered and the quality is fantastic! I’m sure the boy will love it

I recently ordered from iD Gaming, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I ordered three mouse pads. They arrived quickly, even though I was ordering from Poland. They were packaged in very aesthetically pleasing cases. The quality of the pads is very good (slippery and soft). I expected them to be slightly thicker, but they still meet my expectations as a semi-professional Counter-Strike player.

Awful customer service.
They ignore all emails and when they finally respond they won’t resolve the issue.

I was sent a mouse mat with the wrong design and they have told me many things that I believe to be lies. There’s absolutely no way that a business would be this unprofessional and unorganised and have so many things go wrong.

I asked for a refund but as expected I am still being ignored. Raised a claim with PayPal, they also refuse to answer to PayPal.

I do not recommend ordering anything from them.

EDIT: why is that I only get a response to my emails when I leave a bad review? I told you that the conversation can continue on PayPal’s platform, since you refuse to reply to emails and when I do get a reply it’s nothing but awful excuses and lies. But even though you are aware that there is a claim and that PayPal is waiting for a response from you, you still refuse to reply to messages on their platform, elongating the refund process once again. You are scammers.

Order came within a couple of days and is exactly what I wanted.
I used a custom image so was worried about the print but it's came out clear, crisp and vibrant.
My mouse slides across it so smoothly too.

Was delivered puma pants instead of my mouse pad, I emailed you guys and after you sent proof of delivery and nobody responded. Im chargebacking anyways.

iD Gaming did it wonderful! The Quality of the custom mousepads are incredibly good. The service was great and fast. There is no downsides

Was unsure about the shipping and I emailed the support people and they got back to me didn’t realize where it was coming from and so knew it would take longer my son was very happy with this product

Well made mat. Matched the image on the website, came in it own little bag great for storage and transport. Really pleased.

Honestly the mousepad look better then the pictures it’s amazing 100% recommend especially if your a car guy

Never even heard of Id gaming before, but I was impressed on the design, plus I love huge mouse mats, I went ahead & ordered the space odyssey in royal blue colour & the goliath size,very quickly delivered,not cheap but I think it was worth it, I'm very happy with it & 100% I will be ordering more in the future.
