Not super user friendly. Need to give more information and description when expecting people to use a self service site that have never had to get security keys before.

Got the answers that I needed when I needed them.

We requested to resolve this issue, and the issue was fixed within a reasonable time that is quick and convenient.

The rep wasn’t helpful. I was having issues logging in my Ipad at one of my notary . I ansked if I should download the new digital certificate.She kept insisting IDENTRUST doesn’t support iPad. After we got off the iPhone with no help/resolution. I took it upon myself to email the certificate to my email. And opened the email in my iPad and downloaded, and immediately I was prompted to go to my settings if I want to download the certificate. When I went to my settings, there was an option to delete the expired certificate. After I deleted it, it downloaded the new one. And right after that, I was able to login to my esigning portal.

Horrible software. Never works properly in the 10 years I've used this. Never downloads properly and I've always had software issues renewing. I would avoid it all together if I could. Worst software ever.

I am a Stage 3 Senior Citizen Cancer Patient on a fixed income. The damage Identrust caused to my health because of anxiety and stress is irreparable.

I called Identrust on 3.27.2025 in response to their email that my Digital Certificate was expiring. I told the CSR I needed to purchase a Digital Certificate for Notarize dba as Proof. The CSR responded that he didn’t think Proof still used Identrust Digital Certificates, but that he would check.

After a brief hold, the CSR sold me the certificate which is blatant fraud.

I called on 4.1.2025 and requested a refund as I had not yet redeemed the Digital Certificate. After keeping me on the line for almost an hour and screen sharing inside my Proof account trying to prove Notarize dba Proof still used Identrust Certificates, I was told management refused to issue a refund.

As I stated previously, I am a senior citizen dealing with cancer and rely upon the integrity of a business not to knowingly sell a product that is useless to me.

I have been an Identrust customer for several years and rely on them to tell the truth about whether a company uses their digital certificates. Proof was not listed as one of the companies that use’s Identrust Digital Certificates on their platform. The agent knew that.

Shame on you Identrust.

They were so helpful answering all my questions. Even before I became a customer. Getting my notary has been such a headache and they gave me clear and easy to follow instructions.

I thought process was well communicated and probably as user friendly as possible given the need for security in the arrangements.

These tokens are used so frequently, and it is impossible to do your job when the token is locked. There should be an easier way to unlock them, and shorten the time without them.
