I had my identity stolen in August. It has been a nightmare. They stole money from my bank account and credit cards. Taken over my cell phone and email. Horrible experience. I was charged 1$ two times and not given my report. I answered the security questions with a person and was told my report would be there. Then after 15 minutes on the phone I was told they wouldn't give me a report for 24 hours and wouldn't refund my money.

I signed up for this service in July at a promotional price. Come August my card number had changed due to fraud on my bank account and IDIQ couldn’t process the payment as my card had ben cancelled. September rolls around and I try to log into my IDIQ account and it’s locked due to non payment (as I would expect). I updated my card and I figured that we would start off fresh in September (July was paid for, August was not paid for and the account was locked as result and remained locked and inaccessible during that period). My card was charged not once but twice when I signed back up in September. I called and spoke with two different reps who claimed the additional payment was for August when NO SERVICE WAS PROVIDED. If it were something that I was using the whole month of August and missed the payment of a something that remained active and I had been using during that time I could understand. Add insult to injury, IDIQ then charged my card a third time in the span of 11 days. Im disputing the transactions and cancelling my membership…which I would have retained even after having to pay for a month they did nothing…but not after the third charge.
Update: as soon as I disputed the two (not three) charges my access was completely restricted. I paid for this service 11 days ago. Any reputable company would give you access until the paid subscription was expired.

I have nothing but accolades for Identity IQ (well one minor issue which I will explain). Mark Jackson was outstanding at a time when I needed his and Identity IQs' support. Communication and follow-up was expedient and effective. I feel they went above and beyond to help me. And friendly as well. I am a critic of customer service in our country at the moment. But Identity IQ (and Mark in particular) are a true exception to my general opinion of customer service. Well done! My one minor issue was the wait time I experienced several times as I tried several times to call. But email worked just fine!
