I had my identity stolen in August. It has been a nightmare. They stole money from my bank account and credit cards. Taken over my cell phone and email. Kim Schubring has been wonderful in walking me through getting everything back to normal. She is patient and caring. I can call her anytime with questions or just need help. Thank you Kim.

Identity IQ was very helpful to work through the fraud on my credit, with pre printed responses and documents to supply to credit bureaus. Christian Cruz helped with every step of the way. High recommend Identy IQ

Horrible experience. I was charged 1$ two times and not given my report. I answered the security questions with a person and was told my report would be there. Then after 15 minutes on the phone I was told they wouldn't give me a report for 24 hours and wouldn't refund my money.

Christian Cruz is a gem. It has been a pleasure working with him. He has made a difficult situation so much easier. IdentifyIQ has been awesome! I recommend IdentityIQ.

If you're subscribing to this company because you saw on ad on craiglist or marketplace for an apartment, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!! It's a scam!

We were not informed that we were signing up for a service. Definitely would not recommend them at all. They will take your money and not offer a refund.

I was an very enlightening experience. Christian was very effective in communicating with me about my situation. And provided invaluable information. He also, followed up as he said he would and made me feel empowered in my quest. I have learned a lot in just this short time of communicating with him. The thing I value the most is that he is relatable.

Christian C was great to work with. He helped me to get fraudulent activity reported. Walked me through step by step of my credit report of what to look for. Also instructed me on how to contact each bureau. He was very patient and took time to explain any questions I had.

I signed up for this service in July at a promotional price. Come August my card number had changed due to fraud on my bank account and IDIQ couldn’t process the payment as my card had ben cancelled. September rolls around and I try to log into my IDIQ account and it’s locked due to non payment (as I would expect). I updated my card and I figured that we would start off fresh in September (July was paid for, August was not paid for and the account was locked as result and remained locked and inaccessible during that period). My card was charged not once but twice when I signed back up in September. I called and spoke with two different reps who claimed the additional payment was for August when NO SERVICE WAS PROVIDED. If it were something that I was using the whole month of August and missed the payment of a something that remained active and I had been using during that time I could understand. Add insult to injury, IDIQ then charged my card a third time in the span of 11 days. Im disputing the transactions and cancelling my membership…which I would have retained even after having to pay for a month they did nothing…but not after the third charge.
Update: as soon as I disputed the two (not three) charges my access was completely restricted. I paid for this service 11 days ago. Any reputable company would give you access until the paid subscription was expired.

I have nothing but accolades for Identity IQ (well one minor issue which I will explain). Mark Jackson was outstanding at a time when I needed his and Identity IQs' support. Communication and follow-up was expedient and effective. I feel they went above and beyond to help me. And friendly as well. I am a critic of customer service in our country at the moment. But Identity IQ (and Mark in particular) are a true exception to my general opinion of customer service. Well done! My one minor issue was the wait time I experienced several times as I tried several times to call. But email worked just fine!

I have been a customer of Identity IQ for six years! I am currently fighting the worst security breach ever imagine. Meeting Mark Jackson Sr and his team, has been the best resolution to my families identity theft thus far. His expertise and knowledge is well noted, He continues to assist my entire family and my place of employment with regaining the lost integrity that this breach has brought us. I am currently striving to continue to master the great benefits that Identity IQ and Mr.Jackson continues to assist me with. His due diligence in this matter is well noted! IdentityIQ is different from other credit monitoring agencies. They go above, and beyond to make sure your credit is not being compromised. Having a good Credit score is the only way you could get better interest rates, and make major purchases, such as buying a home. Therefore, it's imperative to have a company that's got your back!
