Polite workmen ,and clean and tidy ,stayed later than usual as my electric s were ,complicated, but persevered, happy with my ladder ,and the loft door in now well insulated so keeping the heat in the house ,well done boys !

Ideal Loft Ladders came out and gave a free survey on the work we wanted giving their ideas. There was no pressure to go ahead. The quote for the work came quickly and was clear. In the run-up to the work being done, the company sent reminder texts. On the day, they sent a text with the name of their team who would be doing the work. On the agreed day Dean and Peter arrived and worked virtually non-stop. They didn't go until I'd looked at what they had done and understood how to operated the new latch and loft ladder. Really impressed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I am so pleased I used this company. The 2 guys did the job with no fuss or bother, and cleaned up as well They adjusted the package as there was a problem with space which meant the original ladder wouldn’t fit, but I wasn’t pressured into buying the dearer package.
