No communications
I was looking for a Sony laptop battery and also for a trustworthy business to buy it from. There were a couple of things about this firm’s website that gave me confidence, so I used their contact form to ask a question. On pressing Submit, the form went blank but there was no indication that the form had actually been sent, so I suspected a fault at my end. I used different devices and different browsers and also tried 4G instead of going through my router, but got the same thing. I finally found an email address hidden away for their sales dept, so I sent an email posing the question, and also mentioning the apparent problems I’d had with the contact form. I never got a reply to that email. So now, I’m forced to conclude this is just another untrustworthy laptop battery supplier.
