Absolutely disgusting service in Islamabad F8. My husband went and first they took ages to get the results and then they said they have posted them which was a lie. Eventually they admitted that they mixed up peoples results and didn’t know which one was his. They therefore compromised patient confidentiality. They also do not give you the correct information before the test. He went back to redo it and they said he had to wait 3-7 days for the test to get accurate results. They did not give that information previously. Absolutely unethical service and behaviour and a waste of peoples time.
