I’m a frequent customer and have ordered 6 built in wardrobes over past 3 years, high quality, easy to use website for the order, always on time, communication is flawless, the wardrobes are really nice and feel premium, while the price is quite affordable vs comparable quality.

We are very happy with the IDAW wardrobe, excellent quality, straightforward to assemble, and we could get it in our custom colour of choice. We d definitely buy this again.

We were a little hesitant to order a custom fit wardrobe online from a company we didn’t know. But we are so happy we did!!! Good price, nice customer service, quick delivery and above all a beautiful wardrobe, which fitted perfectly and is of high quality. Totally will recommend this to everyone!

The house we are renting doesn't have screens and the windows and doors are not perfectly shaped. Plus a few of the windows and doors have automatic shutters making a screen insert impossible. Your screens not only fit and look great, but they were easier to assemble. They are worth money. I only ordered a few because I honestly didn't think they would work. Thanks for making a great product. I will definitely be ordering more.

I bought two closets from IDAW (entrance and dressing) and after assembling both of them, I have mix feelings.
First do not even try to assemble it yourself or even get it inside your home - it is extremely heavy, and some pieces need to be lifted quite high depending on the size your choose. It requires two very strong persons (movers type of persons). It has been an absolute nightmare to assemble and got very close to injuring myself when a top element fell down.
Secondly, the quality is not that great. There's a gap between some of the shelves and the side panels, and the hanging bar looks very weak to me, but we will see over time if it holds.
I give it two stars because the customer service really was very helpful, and assembly, assuming you can deal with the heavy weight, isn't that complicated.
It should state on the website what an effort it is to carry and assembly those closets (it takes more than "two healthy persons") so if you decide to buy, make sure you can actually deal with the weight and heavy lifting.

Beautiful piece of furniture + great customer service. It wasn't hard to assemble—instructions were straightforward. I would recommend hiring someone since there is some lifting of large, heavy pieces.

I'm so happy this piece will become part of our lives into the future.

I gave only 4 stars because IDAW delivered it to the depot in record time, only for it to sit with the local delivery company for an extra two weeks. My suggestion would be to use Hermes in Germany.

Excellent product easy to install... great customer experience

Installation of the mosquito net was easy as expected. The quality of the device was sufficient although not perfect (misalignment of the brush, slightly dented frame). I hope it will last long! So far I am satisfied and would recommend.

The cabinets are very beautiful, to be recommended. Also the contact with Cristina of IDAW was very good.
In our case, unfortunately, there was some transport damage, but the service department of IDAW directly offered to replace them.

Terrible experience with the wardrobe acquired from IDAW.EU. Out of 31 elements, 12 pieces arrived damaged or with factory defects. The higher quality, white hanging bars were all in the wrong size, support pieces to mount them were missing. Few days after the mounting, the horizontal parts of the bases, bottom of the wardrobe, started to fall apart, thing pretty visible when you open the wardrobe. Not possible to repair/glue the bases, unless you unmount the whole wardrobe again.
Not enough guiding whole on vertical, so you are pretty limited where to mount the shelves. When you screw the shelves nails, it results a damage of 0.5 - 0.7cm around the nail.
Difficult to reach out to customer service, as they only reply by email, at their own convenience, no way to call them.
Long waiting time for delivering new pieces (5+ weeks), that made it impossible for us to wait, with our bedroom upside-down, so we had to mount the wardrobe as it is, and hope the custom varnished door will arrive without defects this time and with color matching the other doors.
Yes, they offer to replace defected parts, but at your cost - time, energy, discomfort, money to dispose of the big pieces. So we have to live with a bad quality product, overpriced, cause we cannot afford anymore to mount and unmount several times.
In one word, DO NOT ORDER, you will get just a nightmare.

Everything - the order, the payment, the communication of the delivery date as well as the assembly of the wardrobe -were uncomplicated and without any problems.
Particularly noteworthy is the service regarding the complete assembly of the wardrobe. The staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful.
The wardrobe itself is beautiful and very high quality.
