No help. Frustrating and disappointing.

I PURCHASED A DIGITAL CLUSTER FOR MY BMW X5 E53 4.8IS 2005. Review based on the fact that my digital cluster has the engine warning light on, yet when I reconnect my original cluster, no engine warning light is on, here's today's reply from their "technical support" Dept.

I am sorry for your unpleasant experience. It is possible to reset the unit. When we have the new VIN of the vehicle, we can reset it.

Technical Support. AS YOU CAN SEE, NO OFFER TO ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, JUST A PATHETIC ANSWER TO MY QUESTION OF RESETTING IT, (SO I CAN TRY AND SELL IT). Now it sits in a box!!!!! What an absolute disgrace.
