Fraudulent Subscription
They signed me up for their monthly subscription (£39.90 /mo) when I was just using their one off service that costs £2.99. I realised it late, but thanks to my credit card provider, second month’s payment was declined.
I’m going to say that this is fraud. I didn’t even know what service they subscribed me for!

I ordered passport photos for my son from this website and paid around 7 euros using my debit card. 2 days later this fraudulent company again tried to make a transaction of 40 euros from my card. Luckily it was declined due to my card settings.I tried to reach out to them but there has been no response.

Hidden subscription!
I apparently entered a subscription without knowing. I only noticed the regular payments too late. Under the impression that I only bought a single biometric photo sent to me via mail now I already lost over 120 Euro for that due to the hidden subscription. It seems to be a fraud, be careful!

Deceptive subscription practices mean you will be charged 40 EUR after a small purchase
This service is close to a scam – DON'T USE IT. You make a low-value purchase for the processing of a photo and they proceed to automatically sign you up to a monthly subscription for almost 40 EUR per month without any clear notification. You can find your "agreement" in the small print at the bottom of your order confirmation email. This practice is unscrupulous and lacks even the basic transparency required to operate for example on the Apple App Store, which explains why they don't have an app there. All in all, a dreadful business model and I will be complaining to all relevant trading standards bodies and disputing the dishonest charges already levied.

This company are misleading and take your money
This company are misleading and I ended up unknowingly subscribing to a monthly plan and they charged my account nearly £40 for a service I didn’t need or want. When challenged them
On it they would not listen and instead said I had agreed to it. Very underhanded. They obviously make money from this kind of business model. Do not fall for it. Plus the photo I tried to use for ID was also rejected so the whole thing was completely useless and very expensive. Con artists!

We cancelled the monthly subscription that we didn't realise we had signed up for (very hidden information on their website) and also received confirmation that the subscription had been cancelled. However payment continued to come out of our account. Two subscriptions at 39.90 euros a month!!!! appalling service and criminal behaviour!

Paid 2.90 for a photo i didnt get and then they tried to set up subscription which wasn't authorised at £39.90 per month. Bank thankfully blocked the transactions but make sure you go in and cancel the subscription straight away.

So I noted two days after the €2.90 charge, a new charge of €39.90 corresponding to a subscription. Nothing is clearly stated and you have to go through the general terms to find an indication of commitment! It’s a form of scam since this subscription is almost hidden.
