Improve the customer service…

Unprofessional response from a customer service.
There was a problem with the delivery and only the shipper (ICwear) could fix it by contacting DHL.
They did not believe me when i said the package was not delivered yet.
Try and improve it.
Satisfied with the quality of the clothes!
