Courses are good, overwhelming and courageous. The problem is you only issue a certificate of completion without anything backing it up that I was your student or some kind of reference to support the certificate.

I was genuinely looking forward to the CREST CRT course, especially the hands-on labs which were a major reason I signed up. Unfortunately, the labs simply didn’t work. They were either unresponsive, kept disconnecting, or failed to load entirely. I raised a support ticket hoping for a fix, but days went by without any real solution.

I requested a refund within the 14-day window, since I wasn’t able to use the service as advertised. But instead of understanding, I was told I wasn’t eligible because I had “accessed” the content — even though none of it actually functioned properly.

It felt incredibly unfair. I didn’t complete any part of the course, didn’t receive a certificate, and got no usable value from what I paid for. The support replies felt dismissive and cold, with no real accountability.

I’m sharing this to help others make an informed choice. If you’re considering this provider for your CREST CRT prep, think twice. If anything goes wrong, you're on your own.

Similar experience to Matt below, except I definitely paid for my course and got absolutely nothing in return.

Terrible company, terrible customer service, if you want quality cybersecurity training at a fraction of ICSI prices try HTB or tryhackme. (I am not affiliated with either of these companies)

Update 1: First of all this isn't an anonymous post, if you were to bother doing some osint you would figure it out! And you weren't so keen to help when I repeatedly contacted you about the course with my full details and order ID as you couldn't be bothered to reply.

I'm no longer interested in the course or the money, I just don't want anyone else to have the same experience I had with your 'company'.

CREST certifications are sought after in the industry and there is very little preparation material or guidance available to candidates seeking to attain any CREST certification.There are a few CREST certified training providers, Among them most are expensive to an extend almost daunting if one is not being sponsored by the employer.
ICSI online training is a good quality training available on the internet and does not cost one arm and a leg.
i passed my CPSA exam on the first attempt just by studying the course available on this platform, I must also mention that i have been in the IT for around 10 years in various roles and around 5 years in security domain.
The Platform provides easy to access,easy to comprehend and always available quality training material.
The exam itself needs preparation and guidance and 1x1 meetings with the trainer gave an opportunity to interact with the course creator and seek further advise and guidance.
Overall ICSI has everything one needs to prepare for CREST certifications like CPSA and CRT

I used several sources to prepare for this exam and ICSI's were by far the best materials. I was always surprised and impressed by how quickly the tutor responded to my questions. The answers were always detailed and helpful. The course was also significantly cheaper than the other accredited providers. Overall the service was excellent.

Great study material for CPSA, and great online labs for the CRT exam which are very helpful when practicing practical tasks. Very handy to have 24/7 access for the material so that you can use it anytime. Would recommended to to anyone taking the CPSA and CRT exams as it puts you on the right path to passing.

I had a terrible experience, I got a course worth £500 in total, I had completed 98% of the course, and left it to finish after 2 weeks. The course just disappeared and I contacted support, they just said "This course has been discontinued, therefore is not available anymore."
They didn't even notify me before, there was no email and not even on the website saying about some validity or expire course.

I only needed to finish 2%, and now I need to pay the full course again for I can get my certificate :). I wont pay it, I will never study with they again.

I took the ICSI course to get my CPSA certification. It was very beneficial in acquiring knowledge systematically. Also, the practice tests were well done and thanks to them I was able to pass the CPSA certification exam in one shot. Thank you very much.

The content provided by the ICSI regarding the courses included in the Masterpath Certificate was beneficial and inclusive, providing me with all the relevant information needed to understand the scope and pass the exams. Furthermore, the asynchronous delivery method is also helpful as anyone can attend the courses from anywhere at his own pace. Moreover, ICSI provides enough payment plans that fit almost everyone's needs. Furthermore, the instructors are always available, allowing students to choose from a weekly schedule and arrange online meetings to answer questions. Finally, the support team is always there to solve any problems regarding the labs. Therefore, I would suggest this course if anyone wants to continue with the MSc in Cybersecurity at UCLAN Cyprus.

The ICSI MasterPath Bootcamp course for me was just what I needed to add new skillsets to my toolkit. There is a good blend of theory, practical application and One on One time with an expert. For those wanting to level up or, better yet, add credits towards an internationally recognized British University Master's degree in Cybersecurity, this is the course that has all of that.

My experience with ICSI has been extremely rewarding. I enrolled with ICSI in May, 2021 for a MasterPath Certificate in cybersecurity. The course curriculum is enriching, practical and full of relevant content applicable in today’s ever evolving digital world. In addition, ICSI provides one on one classes, available for booking, with an ICSI instructor whenever I needed more articulation about the course content .After finishing the CPT and CDFE courses, I managed to secure a job as a tier one Security Operations Center Analyst. I’m so grateful to ICSI for providing me with the great opportunity to kick start my career in cybersecurity.

You're in safe hands with ICSI. The combined knowledge of the business owners and course runners is second to none. The course material and access to labs are relevant to the CPSA exam. ICSI really care about their students and getting them to pass their exam is the number one priority. I feel really looked after.

I purchased the CREST CPSA and CRT training bundle from ICSI to help me prepare for the CREST CRT exam and I couldn't have been more impressed with the training materials and ICSI as a company. The courses are of a first class standard in both theory and practical labs, and the tutors are always quick to help with any questions and provide great advice. I honestly couldn't have passed the CRT exam without ICSI's help, and I would highly recommended their courses and ICSI as a company for any individual wanting to progress their career.
