NReceived in excellent condition. Took a little longer than I expected to receive my order, but I know that the fact that I am in Southern Africa does make a difference. I followed the tracking and that was spot on.
If I again see something that I like, I will make use of you again.

Ordered nail clippers that I never received
Ordered nail clipper mid December. Waited a month for the package to arrive. A package finally arrived with Canada Post, sealed and unopened. Felt the package and it seemed there was nothing in it. Found a folded up piece of plastic in the package, but no clippers.
Contacted the company . They promised to look into it. Came back and offered me $2.00 to forget. (After going back to them, they offered me $4.00.) I told them I wanted a complete refund or the product. Response was that they tried their best and this was the best solution. Obviously good for them and not the customer. I will NOT order from them again and suggest others do the same.

I ordered on November 9. Item was $19.98, with $6.99 shipping and $1.00 shipping "protection". After completion of the order another $6.99 "tax" charge was made to my payment source for a total of $34.96. No clue what the additional charge was for, was never mentioned until after the order was completed. It said shipment from local warehouse, shipping time 5-7 days. Received tracking information that shows the item is coming from CHINA not a local warehouse. It has been sitting in the same location now for almost a week with no delivery date available. With the extra charges and misleading information about origin of the product and shipping time, I am not impressed with the transaction nor am I hopeful of ever receiving the product. Think twice!!

I never received my order from this company and although I complained to them, they insisted that the order is delivered. I noticed that I had given my previous postal code by accident and I informed them the correct one. They wrote me that they had sent it to the correct address but that is a lie and I can prove that because I have their email that shows my false delivery address! So how they send my order to the correct address? Of course I never got a refund.

Got these recently and Im pretty happy with the quality, practical and effective, definitely good for the price.

Really satisfied with this purchase; met expectations nicely and Id definitely recommend it to others.

Their website says they are in the USA, however, whether they are or not is highly debatable. I placed an order on 19/2 which I requested cancellation of, and a refund 10 minutes later after the order was placed. The reply was that they were unable to cancel as the items had already been shipped! In ten minutes!!! I contacted them multiple times & they said they couldn't cancel and the shipper is updating their delivery system so cannot provide a tracking number. They had ample opportunity to cancel my order and issue a refund, however, they only said to wait for the items to arrive and then customer service would help me. I find it highly unlikely any help will be forthcoming.

The items did not arrive from the USA, but from an address in Botany, NSW that was clearly sent the day after I requested cancellation. I received them on 26/2. Further, the items arrived in cellophane packets, and I was charged exorbitantly in USD for an item sent from NSW.

They even initially overcharged me! Claiming an error on their part, and refunded a very small amount.

This company is extremely dishonest. Scammers, stay well clear. The items are not worth the money paid.

I recently bought a night light with high compression socks, pleasantly surprised by the modern design and thoughtful packaging. However, a lower price or occasional discount would enhance the purchasing experience.

The company is refusing a refund. On the website the refund policy states within 14 days, I began the process and followed instructions within 7 days. Do not do business with icpastuntent.com they are holding a scam rating and should be FTC investigated. I will do my best to expose.

Its a regular tshirt but I like it. If you are looking for heavyweight tshirts, look elsewhere. I gave it 5 stars because its a good tshirt.
