Called to test if i get my local office - Wrong place - Email sent instead!
Called to test - i wanted to get hold of my local branch, in future i may need to collect post at the door and avoid a parking fine, so i may need to call them direct in the office - i tried today, it was directed to Manchester - who sent an e-mail to London...! So im not sure yet if i can call my local office yet, seems like its a non-nowlegable receptionist sending e-mails, fingers crossed this works.
Today is the next day - ive still had no e-mail to advise me (13/05/2026- 11.15am)
