Tried to call several times and didn't get an answer. Resorted to email asking for a call back but have been 3 weeks now for someone to get back to me. Only reply I got was an email asking me I have to set out on email what the call is about- honestly, why can’t people just pick up the phone especially when they’re not picking when I try to call? Not sure what's happening with this company but has definitely gone downhill!
