Fantastic portions, great prices!! Very happy.

Slightly more expensive than I’d expect, yet the meals along with their flavor additions (shakers) are very good.
Completely filling and satisfying, and save me so much time as a single dad and owner of 3 businesses.
I can grab one, and 3 minutes later I’m eating and out the door. They are very flavorful, well thought out calorie wise and carb wise. I’ll be a customer for many years to come.

I live in a 3-story condo and your delivery company left my box with meals by the mailboxes instead of bringing it up to my door. In addition, I had no notification that my order had been delivered. Had I not gone downstairs to check the mail, the box would have stayed sitting there all day with frozen meals and up for grabs by anyone. This is the second time this happens. Please correct this type of lazy delivery behavior going forward or replace your delivery company.

Wasn’t easy at all to do in store pick up. I followed all of the steps and it wouldn’t work for quite some time. Finally was able to make my large purchase

Such an amazing company! I order from them regularly, and recently have had a great interaction I wanted to put out there.
My order was either lost in delivery or stolen from my doorstep after delivery, as it was listed as delivered but was not there.
I contacted Fedex about this and it's been over a week and no help.
I emailed Icon just to see if maybe they had more tracking info than Fedex, but not only was my email answered in less than an hour, but they sent me a gift card with the balance of my missing order, so I could reorder and not have a week of no food! I thought I was simply out of luck and would be hungry, but thankfully Icon customer service really saved the day!! It's nice to know there are some companies out there that still care about their customers!

My husband and I were looking for something quick with flavor. Not only do they taste delicious but they are so easy! My weight was stuck no mater how much walking and dieting I did, with these meals my weight finally broke!

Shouldn’t have to pay for shipping if I’m picking up my order.

Always good food and my favorite part is I can freeze it right away because it is vacuum sealed. This allows me to eat them when I want without them going bad by wasting food and money.

Honestly The quality of the food is off the chain ! I’ve tried other places and it’s been a long time since I’ve looked forward to eating every meal ! The food is straight fire 🔥! And I use it for all 3 meals a days. And I really like the fact that when I order enough they ship for free because the shipping on my orders gets to be alot ! I highly recommend Icon. Best food I’ve had in a long time.

This is our first time ordering from icon meals shipping is great got to us fast and on time no problems there. The meals are pretty tasteless the hash browns and steak was gross. The steak is very over cooked and over all, all the meals have no flavor. I would have gave this a 4 star should the food taste good but unfortunately it’s not.

Luv the variety and ease of ordering. Multiple ways to pay and if you are tracking calories, find it hard to cook ,prep and shop for one person. This is a great service. Also can order as much as you like, no minimums! You can jazz things up by adding your own spice blends or theirs. It’s a WIN!
