"I was so excited for my 'Bella' lashes, but they are stiff, shiny, and look incredibly fake. The band is thick and uncomfortable. You can get much better quality for half the price on Amazon."

High pricing
For the amount of hype and the price tag, I expected something exceptional. What I got was a mediocre pair of lashes that I could find a better version of at my local Priceline for half the price. They aren't terrible, but they are absolutely not worth the money. You're just paying for marketing
Natural lashes Are Ruined
My Natural Lashes Are Ruined
I got a classic set for a wedding, and when the extensions finally grew out/fall out, my natural lashes are a disaster. They are shorter, sparser, and much weaker than before. It's clear multiple natural lashes were glued together or that the application was too heavy for them to support. I'm now having to use serum and avoid mascara while they recover. Devastating.
There was none.I showed my inspiration…
There was none.I showed my inspiration pictures, but the technician barely looked at them and immediately started prepping, dismissing my concerns about wanting a very natural, wispy set. She insisted she knew what would "suit my eye shape better."
Sadly Experience
I was really looking forward to visiting Iconic Brown Lash, but sadly the experience did not live up to expectations. The environment felt somewhat uninviting, and communication from staff was inconsistent — I found myself waiting longer than promised without an explanation.
The effect of the extensions was…
The effect of the extensions was uneven. One side of my lash line had noticeably fewer extensions than the other, creating an unbalanced appearance. For the price and reputation, I expected symmetry and more precision.
False advertising
The 'Aria' lashes looked wispy and natural online. In person, they are dense, uneven, and have a completely different shape. False advertising.
Lashes feel like plastic
"I was so excited for my 'Bella' lashes, but they are stiff, shiny, and look incredibly fake. The band is thick and uncomfortable. You can get much better quality for half the price on Amazon."
Glue is useless
The lash glue is the worst I've ever used. It's watery, doesn't stick, and left a horrible white residue all over my lids. A complete waste of money. My drugstore glue is 100x better.
