Great products, great service. Be aware that they are only in the office on Monday and Tuesday at the moment due to covid, cards posted to France with no extra duty or VAT to pay.

ordered on 15 jan & 17 jan, now 1 feb and still nothing received & no answer on 3 mails send, can not trace the parcel's too !!! not happy at all as a Belgium customer !!! as a private person who sends daily a lot of cards it was a big expensive order, I really hate posting bad comments, but it is truth ...
finely today 16/2 my parcel arrives and I have to pay 46,65 euros in postoffice or they would return ... I am not happy at all ...
I can say the cards are perfect ! so if there were no Brexit I would give 5 stars as last year !!!

I am sorry you have not received your parcel. We actually sent your order by Hermes the day after you placed your order. I note we have just received an email from you which I will reply to directly. Unfortunately, this is the first order we have shipped to Europe since leaving the EU and although we followed all the correct procedures it seems that shipping companies do not appear to be as organised.
