Title: Depositing Was Easy. Withdrawing My Own Money Became a Nightmare.
My experience with IC Markets can be summarised in one sentence:

They made depositing effortless and withdrawing my own money an exhausting maze.

I deposited USD 625.46 via BVNK. When I requested a withdrawal, I was dragged through weeks of document requests, wallet proofs, TXIDs, blockchain
records, and repeated explanations.

On 14 May 2026, IC Markets confirmed in writing that my documents were approved. They also confirmed in writing that my personal Bybit wallet was approved for a one-time withdrawal.

Yet the approved wallet could not be used.

My SWIFT withdrawal was rejected under the “Return to Source” policy. I was ordered to withdraw through BVNK.

But IC Markets had removed the BVNK withdrawal option from my a
ccount.

They required me to use a withdrawal method their own platform did not allow me to access.

After endless contradictory instructions, I deposited another USD 23.07 from Bybit.

Remarkably, BVNK reappeared.

I immediately followed their instructions and submitted the withdrawal again.

It was rejected.

No meaningful explanation.

Then came the most disturbing part: after accepting my money, approving my documents, approving my wallet, and corresponding with me repeatedly about withdrawals, I was told during my AFCA escalation that they could not locate any client profile
or account in my name.

How do you accept a client’s money, approve his documents and wallet, discuss his withdrawals for weeks — then claim you cannot locate his account?

I have retained the emails, screenshots, blockchain records, and written approvals.

This is not a vague complaint. It is a documented chronology of contradictions.

I invite IC Markets to answer the facts point by point, not with a generic apology.

A broker reveals its true standards not when you deposit money, but when you ask for it back.

Based on my experience, I will never trust IC Markets with my money again.
