When I eventually opened it to start my new build I found by I assume miss handling the case of the power unit was out of shape.
A quick squeeze popped it back into shape and it works perfectly.

This case my grandson who is 14 was very happy with, also I would like to explain on how I did not read all of the instructions properly and didn’t add my grandson Name, They had the kindness instead of leaving it blank emailed me and gave me the option to still do this, which I was really grateful for. Very professional and kind company. Would not hesitate to buy from them again

Paid for express delivery £4.99 to get here for a birthday present, was suppose to be here for 15th February. Still not here19th February.
Report to customer service and apparently my responsibility to trace it form DPD. They have washed there hands of the problem. Apparently was attempted deliver on 16th but I was in! £19.99 down and no phone case. Will never use again
