Great service and fast responds on questions

Ice pure replied to my last post here saying they would reach out to me with help, but never did. I just want to be able to replace filters on a machine I bought a year ago. Bad lying company. GO WITH ANYONE ELSE!!!!

The filters were the same as brand names. And Alcott cheaper.

5/21 update. Heard from company on 5/17 after this review posted with offer to replace unit. After providing dates for pickup of unit on same day, have heard nothing since. My warning to potential buyers is unchanged.
Purchased IceMaker in late April. Was installed early May. Has not worked correctly since install and company has not answered any emails and has no other way to contact. IcePure website claims 24/7 online service, but 3 attempts to contact have gone unanswered. Icemaker errors out daily with increasing frequency. Please do not Purchase from this Company.

I will begin this review saying the unit function's and makes ice. However, after receiving the unit several days after purchase we quickly realized there were multiple screws missing that attached the ice making module to the maker wall. After assembly the pressure from the pump would cause the drain hose to disconnect and allow water to flow across our kitchen floor. After several email attempts including photos of each issue (there is no customer service phone #) a response from ‘Iris’ instructed us to go to the hardware store and purchase the missing screws and a clamp to secure the drain hose and for our aggravation we’re offered a 15 dollar credit. We responded that the response from Iris was inadequate having not given us any guidance on size of screws or clamp and advice on leveling out the drain tank. Since then we’ve heard nothing from ‘Iris’ or any other representative of the company. We hoped that this being a new company that they would be interested in turning this bad experience around and we would be able to write a very positive review, they however do not seem to care about customer satisfaction or service after the sale. Avoid this company!

I’m also very glad to hear that the unit is now functioning correctly and producing ice as expected.
……. This has taken a while but after several emails Icepure did right by this customer. I had to do some work but ultimately have an ice maker that works and a settlement that satisfies.

It's easy to install and works well as advertised. Very.reasonably priced and a very good value

Not necessary to pay so much more for quality. I got the 3 pack for the price of one at the big box store. Great value and water quality.

Iris was great! She was very concerned and caring and helped with the issues we had with the first water cooler. We received a thorough review of the issues and Icepure made good on the promise to replace the machine. We just received the new one - and returned the first one - and are hoping that things go better with this one. We will let you know. Sorry I got a little frustrated as we continued to attempt to fix the first machine. But Iris was great thru it all. We will keep you posted on our progress and experience with this new cooler. Thank you!

Great reliable easy to use product! Love how it lets you know when filters need changing. And changing filters are a snap to install! No more hiring someone to change them out!

Not allot of direction and almost impossible to talk to someone from your company.

Updated on 4-16-26: I ordered the under-counter ice maker. While I was concerned when I could not get the tracking number to work and could not find a phone number to call them, Icepure answered by email and the ice maker arrived promptly on day 8.

Great filters, perfect fit. I don't have to descale my machine as much when I use these filters.

This is a reorder of water filters that was easy to order and received quickly.
