I have just had my watch repaired, serviced, bracelet size reduced and refinished by Jason at Iceni and I am absolutely over the moon.

Communication has been first class, updates were superb (including pictures and video) and I now have my treasured watch back on my wrist.

For everything that I had done, the price was incredible, particularly at one point, I was looking at maybe needing to use an authorised service centre for the brand.

Sent my watch for repair as it wouldn’t run after being dropped. Communication was great throughout the repair, and I was kept updated at every stage. The work was completed quickly and my watch was returned the next day, securely packaged and running perfectly.

My journey with Iceni actually started after a recommendation from a contact who suggested I reach out to Jason regarding a different project. I had a Tudor watch where the bezel had unfortunately detached. Based on that high recommendation, I sent it over to Jason to see if it could be rescued. The repair was handled flawlessly, which gave me total confidence to trust him with an even bigger job: a full mechanical service on my Submariner.

From the moment the Submariner arrived at his workshop, the communication was absolutely top-tier. Jason kept me informed at every single stage of the process. For anyone anxious about sending a high-value timepiece away, this is exactly the standard of service you hope for.
Instead of just telling me the work was being done, Jason provided a brilliant breakdown of the service, complete with progress pictures showing the watch at various stages of disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly. Seeing the internal mechanics and the care taken with the movement gave me complete peace of mind.

The Verdict

The Submariner is now back on my wrist, running flawlessly, and looking spectacular. Jason’s professionalism, transparency, and technical skill are second to none. Watch build. I sent my watch pieces for a Rolex datejust to Jason as I was recommended him by a friend. He built the watch in no time and kept me up to date with how the build is going. He has done an excellent job in building this for me and I would highly recommend him if you are needing something build or anything watch related he is the man to go to. Thanks Jason.
