I had registered in this site and bought a few tickets. An agent kept on calling me insisting to buy more tickets. I denied and even stopped attending his calls. Once i just cancelled his incoming call and i got a message from bank saying my card was used for some transaction of 250€! I blocked my card then and there and when i checked my ice lotto account, tickets were already purchased for 250€ and they even took my winnings of my previous tickets ! All this done without my permission.
If you go through the positive reviews carefully, you could easily make out that most of them are made by ice lotto itself. Also you could see that they never replied to issues with usage of cards without permission! Its clear that they are doing things wrong.
I have already filed a complaint to the authorities in india. Website Not at all trust worthy. Please dont share any personal information with them.

Update 6th june
No one contacted me from ice lotto. The whole reply from icelotto is a lie. There has been no calls made by them regarding this issue. I got an email asking me to approve that i do not have any issue in usage of my card by them without my permission! How could someone say that?? Guys, please do not trust them! Its a warning.

I bought 5 lines for the Mega millions draw that cost 12.60 Euro, after a while I received a call from one of the agents that offered me the opportunity to increase my winning chances.
The agent was professional and polite, but in the end I decided not to participate in the group draw.

They didn't charge my credit card at all!
It is good to know they are honest and trustful website.

Usually I am not a fan of lottery websites, but icelotto is a good website and I'm enjoying its service.
They didn’t charge my CC without my permission, but I had the same problem in other websites.

My first review was wrong i wanna delete this and i also tried to delete this but it was not deleted it is my fault i open ice lotto site in my android phone but this site will not properly open in android phone beacause there is no app of ice lotto in phone this site will open only in computer in chrome browser and work very well and there is my all scan tickets are appeared so i found that the ice lotto service is great

I had a good experience with icelotto. They had a technical problem on their website, they try to reach me in so many ways in order to explain me the problem and to make a refund.
I was thrilled from their service. They did provide me good and honest service.

I Just had a call from icelotto support, the service was outstanding and professional.
I'm playing on their website for a while and I am very satisfied. I didn't have any issues regarding my money or my scanned tickets. Always got it on time as they promised.
I really don’t understand all the negativity about them.

So many people are writing bad reviews, but I don't understand why.
I have playing with icelotto for almost a year and never had any issues with them. My tickets were always scanned and I even got my money every time I requested to withdraw my winnings.
I trust them, and I don't believe all the negative people writing negative reviews for no reason at all.

I got an email to play with Icelotto and nearly did until I realised that despite massive BBC Logo and Telegraph these guys are not regulated and their site is illegal in the UK. Will not risk my money with them

I tried to buy a ticket for the $2bn USA Powerball jackpot.

I was debited but they did not buy any tickets for me. They debited my account a second time and then tried a third. A support case I opened was closed a week later without any correspondence from them. Two weeks later and still no funds credited to my Icelotto account.

I have had to dispute the transactions through my bank to obtain a charge back.

Do not deal with this company. You have been warned!

I charged my PowerBall tickets and got me to a page that doesn't exists and my card was erroneuosly charged twice. Stinking tech support didn't respond, but a representative from the VIP department called me and gave me a free 50 Euro bonus (besides the refund for the wrong charges). I got a group tickets for 55 Euros and won 138 euros and withdrew the money into my visa account. The tech department sucks, but icelotto is real and it works.

I´m not sure I am a fool like so many of you, as I also bought Powerball Tickets on Icelotto, and got the same error message and was charged 2x.
However, when I clicke on the Chat button I did get someone immediatly (Samantha). She explained that there was a glitch with their system and it she told me it had charged me 2x (I did not realize it until then). Problem is, they would not credit my credit card. I did receive all tickets and they were ´scanned´, at least based on their emails.
I have now purchased again, and got no error messages. So hopefully it is now going well.
Do I think they are a scam? Maybe, because you don´t really know if they actually buy the ticket for you. And especially the fact they cannot credit your amount based on their own failures? That sounds like a scam to me.
Also, the Chatasistent constantly called me ´dear´. That is the typical asnwer you get from some Nigerian or Russian scam artist who want you to think they are female.
I hope there is someone out there who has won something with them, otherwise I think I will just buy my Lotto tickets at the cigar shop.

if you r listening to these people with 5 star review then for sure you are loosing your money mate its to simple .you can not get in touch with them.i have to go through the bank to get my money back.they do not reply or answer the call.

Just like many others I tried to play powerball via ice-lotto. I also got the "could not load the page" message, so resubmitted the page and therefore ordered two more times... Immediately send a support ticket to cancel my additional orders but no reply at all. And also no lottety tickets, but almost 100euros lost....

I really like the fact that i can play whatever lottery game that i want.
From huge Jakcpopts in america lotteries , to amazing jackpots in europe.
I still didnt won anything , but im waiting in patience beacause i belive that the jackpot is mine :)

As someone who has been using their service for few years now, I am amazed how people who do not win take the reviews to a different level. I never had an issue and even won several times in small, yet satisfying amounts, they cannot promise you a win, but they do give out all the best tools for you to enjoy world lotteries!

So as a first impression, they are replying fast and short and clear answers.

The lotto consultants are only enthusiastic when you are trying to sign up. They even offer you promotion products which are very favorable. Once you are signed on if you ask a simple query you will be ignored or the reply will be arrogant. These days asking a simple question like why money that I have won is not being credited to my account is a long short.

I am tossed around between the chat window & email support.

8 months down the line I am stuck again with poor service. A simple request for a withdrawal will result in a customer service rep ignoring you for weeks. When you eventually access your account you then realize that your little winnings have been used to buy tickets which you had not asked for. Please be professional.
