Can't return items
Received one order that went fine. However, on a second pair of shoes I wanted to return them because the colours weren't right. I didn't even try them on - and so they are untouched and brand new. The team are not responding to emails or helping with the return process. I'm worried they are not going to allow a return and just pocket the money. I would recommend being very cautious using this company.
*Addendum*: as expected the company have refused to process a refund or offer me any way to get external dispute resolution. I'm now looking into other ways of getting my money back. All very stressful. I've found the customer service appalling. Would strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

We have made countless efforts to explain our returns policy in regards to your order. Unfortunately to no avail, you seem to be entitled and have a complete disregard to any industry standards in relation to high end sneaker resell industry and have been comparing it to your local high end major clothing retailers. The sneaker resell industry has its completely own entity and returns are not just as simple as “I have the pair, who cares if the box is damaged” attitude. As we’ve explained in detail the box for high end sneakers are just as important as the pair. As clients who buy pairs worth hundreds don’t expect the boxes to be ripped and damaged. Especially since we hold these sneakers with the view of selling on a resell network to other suppliers/clients. In your case we sent out both pairs you was happy with one but explained that you did not like the colour of the second. However without any explanation and any proof then have shown that the second pair which was double boxed and proven to you that it was in immaculate condition when shipped had a ripped box. You wanted an exchange and we have explained in the most polite way possible that all items needs to be returned in “Original condition” as sold to us to be able to process a exchange or refund. Please consider this going forward with any purchases you make with any resell store as this is an industry standard and no reseller would accept a return of an item with a damaged box when we’ve shown clear proof this was not damaged when shipped.

Ice kickz team is so helpful. I purchased a Trapstar jacket and they helped me with sizing they got back to me immediately with their live chat service. Yes, some items on our site are “Sourced on demand”. As stated on our FAQ page, this is very common in the resell/personal shopping industry as items are super rare and gives us the ability to offer a wider selection of products to our clients.
Our team promptly contacted you and informed you of this and also gave you alternative options and a complimentary discount on any future purchases as compensation for the item being unavailable. We have also refunded your purchase as you requested and kept a good line of communication which you replied back with thanks and said “you appreciate the honestly and it’s fine”. Yet you’ve left us a 1-star review. We feel it is a tad unfair.

We do not cover wear and tear. That needs to be addressed by the manufacturer not us. You’ve continued to try and attempt to tarnish our business reputation. Even after you’ve left a 1-star review for the same issue you’ve continued to try and fabricate information. We have won all the disputes you’ve opened on all the payment systems and they have confirmed we have not conducted anything out of the unusual and everything was legal and within UK sales regulations. We will also be contacting Trustpilot due breaching their terms and conditions and sending multiple reviews for the same issue.
