Scam terrible Chinese jewellery and they won’t even reply to emails don’t use them

It's a rip off, the items are from Ali Express. I spent £200 and the items were cheap and not resembling the picture in the website.

Prduct comes in a plastic wrapping looking like a $1.00 store item. Weight is off, very flimsy and easy to break. This store is a rip off asking top prices giving dollar store items. This store is a scam. I do not recommend.

Horrible Experience!
I ordered a necklace from Iceex Official, and literally within 5 minutes I emailed them because I picked the wrong size.
Guess what? They replied saying “it’s our policy, we can’t cancel orders.”
Are you serious? What kind of company in the UK doesn’t allow a cancellation or exchange even after just a few minutes?!
Absolutely ridiculous. Zero flexibility, zero customer service, zero common sense.
❌ Avoid this brand at all costs. They clearly don’t care about customers at all.

I ordered a bracelet and chain from ICEEX Official and requested cancellation before it even shipped, but they ignored my emails, blocked my address, and shipped it anyway. The parcel has been bouncing around since 5th Sept and I never received it. Customer service is non-existent — emails go unanswered and they do not honour cancellation requests.

Luckily, my bank (Lloyds) stepped in and I got my money back, but I would never recommend this company. Buyer beware — they take your money and ignore all communications.

Terrible company fake clothing and their advertisements on their instagram have images from temu. Also their graphic tees have cheap terrible graphic designs that are blurry and low quality. Their no refunds policy is a dead set scam as they don’t even tell you before you buy it, they only show it on the receipt after purchase. There essential branded clothing is terrible fakes that are manufactured in a different country then the actual essential brand. Also their essential products don’t have half of the things it’s meant to as it misses text on the back and front on a lot of their items

Absolute Garbage!!
I bought this necklace 2 weeks ago and it was supposed to be Cuban Link 45cm long.
It looks like crap and wouldn't fit my 10yr old son.
What an absolute RIPOFF!!

Literally cheap trash that comes from china.

Shop is perth based, on the website it says that it would come with 1-3 days (1.5 weeks later only got a tracking number)

Customer service is absolute dog shit. Not once did they reply to my instagram message, facebook messenger message or email.

These guys don't deserve business.

Pathetic don't reply to emails and item never arrived

I ordered a chain, bracelet and ring. The package arrived missing the ring and the plating on the chain is light and flaky in some places with the stainless steel visible underneath. I have sent 3 emails trying to locate the missing ring ($99 value) and trying to exchange the chain. I have received no reply to my emails as yet

Watch was not good quality it's very cheap and flimsy was expecting it to be coming from Nz but of cause came from China will not buy from the site again.

Do (((NOT))) ; I repeat - DO NOT buy a damn thing from these ppl. They are thieves , frauds. I don't know why Insta. Or FB allows them to run ads on their sights. They outright thieved my money from .I did not get anything. Still waiting for chain n bracelet. Jan. 2025 I ordered. They sent me some fake ass Tracking order that was not even completed - all of sudden after about the 3rd week of waiting did I receive a message that they tried to deliver. Hell, I didn't get zero info in the tracking that it even left wherever, landed when or was out on delivery. I've tried to contact them ..they responded to the first two emails saying that I can pick up at warehouse - sent me a link to track ..all it said was "pick up at warehouse" ...no name or address. When I tried to get in touch again they never answered email nor responded. I am in process of reporting them through my credit card provider to see if I can get refund somehow but I highly doubt it. The review that says "got early , everything good doesn't tarnish ordered a chain for each of my kids* THAT IS UTTER BULLSHIT! 100% LIE. It was no doubt them , that outfit that posted that !

I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought from this so called company.
I bought a chain from them,it took ages to get to me,it looks good but it’s twisted.
I have emailed them a couple of times and I’m STILL waiting for a reply. Quick at taking your money and once they have got it they run and ignore you.

Unfortunately I ordered 2 items from this company. One item arrived but the other did not, three times I have emailed them no reply..

Ordered a gift on the 26 September took the money had no response or replies to my email and no gift. Very disappointing.
