I have had many earrings and jewellery from Iced Rainbow and they have all been of superb quality and exactly what I had asked for- I've had custom made jewellery and am so pleased with it. The jewellery is all reasonably priced and comes well packaged. I can highly recommend this company

Good quality products with variety too. I have purchased many items from bags to pin badges to cards and all have been perfect and with great customer service. New and interesting items are frequently added and now include glass jewellery.

Had to write a review as I've just bought an awesome Retro Gamer mug from this website and is fantastic! Love the quality, paint finish and style. Website is jammed full of amazing hand made gift items, clothing and well just about anything you can think of that can be hand made and brighten your day and home. Deliver I got was quick and well packed. Great buyer experience had 😁👍

I returned my item, (earrings) not because there was anything wrong with it but it just wasn't what I was expecting. First he tried to wriggle out of a refund by quoting the distant selling regulations which were replaced by the Consumer Contracts Regulations in 2014. The latter gives anybody the right to return goods for a full refund within 14 days.
They then agreed to partially refund me less 20% restocking which
despite this now being in their T&Cs is illegal. (see consumer Contracts Regulations.)
Paypal would not help me because the retailer then declared that they never received the returned goods, despite my production of a proof of posting.
Moral: Always return goods Tracked.

This is a shame because there are some nice, creative products on this site but my experience has put me off buying anything from here.

I placed an order using a discount code that stated "10% Off Orders £25 or More". The web site accepted the order and the payment and I thought that was it. However...

The owner wrote to me shortly afterwards claiming that the code should have expired and was not valid against the item I had ordered. Apparently I would have to place the order again without the code if I wanted the item. The code had NOT expired (it stated "Valid every day whilst stocks last") and there was nothing in the T&Cs for the code to suggest that it could only be used on certain items. Nevertheless, the order was cancelled and I was asked to pay the listed price if I wanted the item.

I'm not sure if this behaviour is even legal (I know for a fact that supermarkets have to accept the displayed price, even if they make a mistake). I am therefore reluctant to place an order because I have reservations about the company's ethics. They certainly don't seem to value their customers based on my experience.
