Great tool and highly recommended!
I've been using Icecream Screen Recorder Pro for several years, and it's the easiest and best quality screen recording tool I've ever used! The interface is intuitive, and is great for creating walk-through videos to use to train colleagues. The mouse movement and click highlighting makes it really easy for people to follow any training videos. Also, the customer service is first-rate. The couple of times I've had minor technical issues, or needed help sorting my license after changing laptops, their service team has responded within just a few minutes and got everything fixed for me. Great tool and highly recommended!

Icecream Apps offers excellent and timely customer support
I have been using the Icecream Screen Recorder Suite for a couple of years now. It is outstanding for doing screen capture of videos from any source. I recently needed to move the apps to a new computer. The support from the vendor was very good. I was able to easily get the apps on the new computer and have them upgraded to PRO with no additional cost. Five Stars for sure!
