Just placed my order today and noticed this company is very attentive to its customers concerns. Very good communication which leads me to believe they put a lot of effort into delivering a quality product. I’m looking forward to receiving my 4mm 925 necklace and bracelet from them.

Complete transparency

I like that Icecartel
Does reach out I dislike it’s not as fast as I would like. I wish there’s steps to purchasing before an immediate confirm purchase. Should be grace period or two step confirmation. As the purchase happened in a way I objectively spoke about yet still was forced into buying it out right

Customer service was very responsive to all of my inquiries before I purchased my 5mm Moissanite tennis chain and matching 5mm Moissanite tennis bracelet. I’ve received the chain which is amazing and am waiting for bracelet which I just ordered today!
