Can't get rid of them
It doesn't appear to matter how many times you tell them you don't need their services, they will still persistently call you... Very annoying! I wouldn't use them purely for this reason alone.

Do not touch this company with a barge poll!! They do not want to hear you when you cancel the contract and will do everything in their power to basically ignore what you are asking. Still taking DD when I'd asked to cancel contract at least 6 times - extremely frustrating.

Great customer service
Great customer service, I needed to divert my Voip work number to my personal phone. Sharmaine helped me with this and it was done within 5 minutes. She was extremely professional and a great asset to the company.

The worst company ever
The worst company ever. They “forgot” to mention a lot of things and now they have their only policy of complains that is above CISAS and UK law… Disgusting how much they can lie and not take any responsibility. They do not buyout contracts they just pretend so you can sign with them and after you have to pay the buyout fees …

Probably the worst company we have dealt with in 40 years
Just like other people who have signed a contract the customer service is non existant once you have signed a contract. Be careful to the tricks that they try on with you. Like giving you discount only for the first year and not over the full term which is in the small print . you have a minimum term of 2 years. Make sure you get a solicitor to read the contract. If you have a problem like we have with this company you ring them and you speak to people in a far off land who you cannot understand. The people who sold you the contract are not contactable after they have sold the contract as we have found.
The other scam is that we were told that the hardware fund for buying new phones was renewed every 18 months but to our shock it was only for as long as £3600 would last which these days probably not long as a decent i phone is £1000 or more. Please dont be caught like us by this company. Also were told that you have unlimited data but if you go abroud its caped to 25 gb .
