Unable to communicate until it's gone wrong. Simple transfer of numbers they said...worst experience of over 30 years of dealing with coms companies...always someone else's problem (always blame the network). No ownership of failings.

My experience was great because Bernadette Monserrat provided outstanding support when my SIM card stopped working. She helped arrange a replacement SIM card and followed up regularly by email to ensure everything was resolved. She was professional, responsive, and very supportive throughout the process. Bernadette stayed in contact until my SIM card was working again, and I truly appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service.

Oustanding Communication
ICE Comms started as one of those annoying companies that always rang to see if we needed help, but when we did, they were outstanding from beginning to end. The communication was great, and they were really understanding when there were delays. A special mention for the Johns at the company. Jonathan Lee, who started the process; Jonny Needham, who helped us get things in order; and John Klent, who was instrumental in getting us all connected. A great service all round.

I was VERY SCEPTICAL but it worked out well!
I was VERY SCEPTICAL because I've had really bad experiences with third party comms companies. This company is possibly working hard to improve their reviews and they were very good and listened to all of my concerns. I ended up with a really good deal, that I couldn't beat elsewhere. I'm really relieved that there are good customer service teams out there!

Post 18 Month Costs - the true cost to get out of your ICE comms contract
AVOID AVOID AVOID
This 1* genuine review will be followed by 4 glowing ones... don't believe them!
18 month review, did not "fix" the problem like my account manager advised it would but made it worse. My options... remain with this company for another 36 months paying an inflated place made manageable by "discounts" OR pay the below for the next 18 months:
5x Vodafone Sims - £315.06 x 18 months £5671.08
2 mobile phones - £86.09 x 18 months £1549.62
A cost of £7220.70 for 18 months.
Having spoken to 3 competitors, ALL could currently offer me £25.00 p/m contracts on the same network and same package! The biggest learning curve as an MD I have ever had, do not get conned by this company!
Go direct to the network, there is no benefit to using this company at all apart from successfully burning your money!
I am awaiting a response on if I can now self manage my account as I pay Vodafone and Propel directly so do not see why ICE need any involvement. I will keep updating with genuine reviews!

We have recently moved our Business…
We have recently moved our Business Contract with 7 handsets from another supplier after a salesperson from ICE Comms committed to buying out our old contract. Under this agreement (all in writing from their salesperson) we would pay off our existing supplier and network provider which we have undertaken, then invoice ICE Comms for these monies. We have followed all the procedures, returned our handsets as agreed (all via tracked mail/parcels) and duly issued the invoice in April. We have received no indication of when our invoice will be paid with our account being passed around various "Managers" who are allegedly dealing with the situation. Unfortunately we have had no option but to appoint a debt recovery agent to pursue this debt.

ICE comms provided a very competitive quote to replace my current business SIM and even paid off the cost to get me out of my existing contract from a company I was unhappy with.
Everything has gone incredibly smoothly and John from ICE comms was incredibly helpful and made the whole process stress free for myself.

Firstly, I did not have to wait in a queue to actually speak to someone who could help.
Brett was great. He provided me with clear guidance about what steps I had to take to work through the issue. He called back when he said he would and was very patient with me when there things I did not initially understand. I would highly recommend this individual and the company.
