Delayed withdrawal.. still processing.. money is not getting credited into my bank account, it has been nearly 24 hours already..

I am writing this review to raise a serious concern regarding three deposits made through the iCash.One platform that have not been credited to my account.

Transactions:

₹2,500 – Payment ID: 500606088
₹5,000 – Payment ID: 500589810
₹15,000 – Payment ID: 500636104 (UPI Ref: 200152687237)

All payments were made directly through the iCash.One portal, which generated the beneficiary UPI details automatically via their payment gateway. I did not manually enter any payment details. The funds were successfully debited from my bank account, and valid UPI reference numbers are available.

However, the support team keeps stating that the funds were not received and has closed the tickets without providing any reconciliation report or proper investigation.

Since the payment details were generated by their own system, the responsibility to trace the funds lies with iCash.One and their payment processor.

The total pending amount is ₹22,500, and this issue has been ongoing for more than two weeks despite multiple follow-ups.

I request iCash.One to reopen the cases, coordinate with their payment gateway, and provide a proper resolution.

I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with iCash.One after multiple deposits were not credited to my account.
The following payments were successfully made:
• ₹18,000 – Payment ID: 500706704 – 7 March 2026
• ₹5,000 – Payment ID: 500721809 – 10 March 2026
Both payments were completed successfully through UPI and confirmed by my bank. However, the amounts have not been credited to my iCash account.
What is more concerning is that the payments were directed to individual UPI IDs instead of an official merchant account. Because these are personal UPI accounts, the bank cannot initiate a chargeback even though the platform has not credited the funds.
Despite contacting support several times, I keep receiving the same generic response and no real resolution.
This raises serious questions about the payment collection practices of this platform and the possible use of mule UPI accounts.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), NPCI (UPI authority), and the National Cyber Crime Portal for investigation.
I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before making payments on this platform until the issue is resolved.

I tried to make a deposit on your platform with INR 5000/ on dated 22.02.2026...your application forwarded me to payment gateway who suggested a QR Code related to UPI ID nitaterang99@idbi .. suggesting amount INR 4999.55 ..which is successfully remitted by me though Phonepe app..txn id - 521498447551..after payment sucessful no balance add on my icash wallet... despite of several communications support team yet to add balance on my icash wallet as well as refund... i shared again all payment proof with till date bank account statement... kindly check my bank account statement page one..where amount INR 4999.55 debited but yet to reverse back on my bank account... kindly investigate the matters with your payment partner to stating that to verify my payment on suggested QR code related to UPI ID- nitaterang99@idbi linked bank account...you definitely find my transaction of amount 4999.55 dated 22.02.2026 txn ref number is UTR no - 521498447551...

I had made a deposit of 9000 and 1500 and the money got deducted however the money still come into my Icash account..customer isna scam..no response from them despite emailing and contact their bot 10.times..its been a week now and still following up but neither did i get any response nor the money..they are a scam

While the support team contacted and they did nothing..after 10 days of multiple follownup they say we didn't receive the payment send us the statement..now.i have sent the statement ..let's c how many years it will take for my refund

No /1 scam site I deposit 1000 rs . After successful paid not recieved my amount in wallet I already give them screenshot of payment but they not reply akre 20 mails from 28 Feb still they not reply.

THEY ARE TOTAL FRAUD. Never ever use this app and keep your money safe. If you are already a user just uninstall the app immediately. And I am not saying this just based on my experience .I have read so many reviews on play store as well as on trustpilot and they all tell same story of their fraud. Nature of fraud is same in every case and handling of complaint is also same in every case so save your hard earned money.
They have almost 70% reviews as 1 star (total fraud ) on play store as well as on trustpilot . And stats don't lie.I learned this lesson hard way by losing money and being victim myself of their fraud.
I have lost two deposits of INR 5000 and INR 3000. Once your money deducted and did not show in your icash wallet within 5 minutes there are 0% chances you are going to get back your money either in your icashone wallet or to your bank account. They don't even qualify for being money transaction platform .They never return money that has been deducted. They just keep your money. all the people with whom fraud happened should make a group and go to cyber crime together .
This is one of the biggest financial scam being operational at this time.
Their customer support is all bot .They never reply anything worth substance , just keep repeating same copy paste lines. And finally there last answer always "We did not receive your funds". Even when you have all the proof of money reaching the intended account where you were asked to deposit. They never listen to these things.
They just reply here to keep their image clean on this platform .when you actually mail them they do not even answer.

Really Disappointed with icash.one I have withdrawn funds and my 3 bank accounts got frozen due to cyber complaint saying that funds received are suspicious amount due to this account frozen unable to use clean funds in my bank account facing financial difficulties.

I deposited INR 9500 on 27th Feb, and till now deposit is not received customer service support never reply and legal person also not responding. I guess every other person facing same issue we need to spread awareness not to use this site as we will be ending with loosing money.

Please don't used this app if you want your money to be safe. They are the scammer i already lost 25k with them. After almost a month they are saying me that they didn't receive my deposited from my side.first of all they will not respond on time they keep creating multiple tickets and in every ticket they provide different agent which are too useless.please guys don't used this app and beware of this kind of scammer and keep everyone alerts from them.

Recently I had reported a problem of top up not getting credited even in 24hours and it has happened again 2 days back to me, the support system doesn’t do anything except for replying with Automated mails,

I had deposited a top up of 500rs and it yet hasn’t been credited to my icashone wallet,this is very frustrating

I deposited 20,000 on 1st march and today is 4th march. Neither my missing top up is completed nor they are giving any response.
I have sent atleast 4-5 mails but they are not ready to resolve the issue. This is seriously unproffesional from ICASH one.

Worst customer service they are not even replying for the mail and everyday they are creating new ticket instead of solving problem .my top up transaction of 19999 is still pending from 3 days but there is no reply for the mails too

Red Flag for the provider. Deposit Not credited. No proper response from customer support. Only Automated messages.

I did a deposit of 30k inr on 8 February 2026 by upi with utr 396913813318,payment was successful immediately but did not credited to wallet i made several mails regarding but they replied after 17 days and saying that we did not received any payment from you,they said you contact to bank and rbi for refund, i connect to bank made a complaint and also made complaint to npci(upi) they said this payment was successful and sent to merchant so the refund is not going heppen,now the water is goes above head as this seems totally scam,also i connected to the upi person which i sent this payment ,he is abusive and said me that he received the payment and not going to return it do whatever you want,even after i know that i sent the payment they also knows that they received but still nothing is heppening,i contacted many user with similar problem and we are going to make union and take this matter to cyber police with all these upi ids,before this my final warning is that you should return my payment,i attached all bank statement upto today its show successful payment with no reversal of payment,i request you to give my payment as i already suffering from financial crises.

I was top up my wallet with Rs 9000 amount debited from my account but not credited into wallet 10 hours completed and I was cancelled the transaction due to no response from customer care please initiate refund this is too worst from no contact number and no response from you I have dropped 20 mails

My payment amounting to INR 9375 was deducted from my bank account but not yet credited to iCash. The UPI refrence number for the payment was 605875035380. I'm tired emailing the customer support. The chat service is a useless bot.

They are scammer They do not have Proper Live support That's bot and After payment they didn't add money into my ICASH wallet My Payment got deducted and when I send email to support there is a Bot Who Keep saying multiple ticket such a Scammer I lost 5k Pls Don't use this they are scammers.
