SCAM!!

SCAM!!! I ordered over $600 in product. I inquired about two weeks later about why I had no shipping information. They stated that my product was ‘being made’. I waited another week and contacted the company to cancel the product since I still had no shipping info. The company sent me a tracking number saying that they could not cancel due to it being shipped. I waited ANOTHER week and the item is still not shipped. I told them I wanted a refund TWICE with no response from this company. It has now been OVER A MONTH with NO PRODUCT EVEN BEING SHIPPED. SCAM!
