I really love the quality of the box and that they’re different to your standard chocolates and biscuit hampers. my friends sent me pictures when it arrived and it looked just like the website, also free postage, awesome!

Can't go wrong with any of the products listed on the site. We built our own box for a Mother's Day gift and it's perfect for the people you have no idea what to buy!

I emailed customer support immediately after placing my order to ask it be delivered on a specific date two weeks later (or as close as possible) for a birthday surprise. They replied saying it was possible but the package was actually sent out for delivery the next day and arrived a couple days later. Poor service when the point of a gift box is to surprise someone but they receive it two weeks in advance.
