Fantastic service from start to finish. Engineer came out to my workplace collected my phone and had it repaired & returned within the hour. Was also provided with a a courtesy phone for the duration of the repair.

Will definitely be using again no doubt about it although in a weird way financially I hope I don’t!! Haha

Amazing service. So quick to respond to queries, regular updates and a pick up and drop off service! No need to leave the house to get your phone fixed. I was worried my phone was unfixable, paired with needing to catch a flight in a couple days, it was a little stressful! But the team came through and I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!!

I had my I phone screen replaced for a really affordable price by Ashan. He came out to my home within a few hours of contacting him. He was a lovely friendly man and the kids liked watching him repair the phone. Thank you for for being so friendly and kind and doing such a great job!

What an absolute delight was Assan. it is not often you meet a cheerful professional these days for sure. Quick to respond, really knowledgeable, quick and ever so friendly and great with communication. He fixed my granddaughters phone in super quick time. Proper gent.

Absolutely amazing! I contacted Ashan late in the evening and he responded immediately. In less than 24h I had my phone repaired with a new screen which was ordered on the same day! Drop off and pick up of the phone - easy, flexible and so convinient!

Once booked, engineer arrived promptly to my workplace and offered to fix the phone in the van, picked up and returned all within my lunch hour. Absolute Pleasure to have my tech sent to iByteTechSolutions. Very professional, and very knowledgeable bunch. Was kept informed all the way through and was very well looked after. Went for the OEM screen replacement on my iPhone 11 and the quality of work/screen is just amazing. True Tone has been coded really couldn’t tell it’s been replaced.

What can i say, this has got to be one of the best companies i have ever used, i am just kicking myself as to why it has taken me so long to discover iByteTechSolutions. They have been fantastic, they took my laptop away which had been infected with a virus and was returned to me same day i was kept up to date throughout the whole process. The customer service level was exquisite and would not go anywhere else. WOuld highly recommend this company
