The company made a little mistake sending the wrong accessories with the pc but it was a simple mistake, the tricky part was able to get the replacement before I had to move to a different state. When I explained the situation to the costumer service associate in charge of my emails who’s name is Jun, they provided an amazing help with super short response time, was really understanding and helpful.

This company sent me a pc that cost $2600 and was dead within 24 hours because THEY sent a faulty motherboard. Their customer service is a pain in the ass, taking forever to reach anyone and when you want to do a parts swap it takes them five business days to even just ship a replacement part that they have in their inventory. Definitely returning their product.

Just read the warranty information very carefully before you consider buying from here. The 4090 graphics card in my "Intel 13th Gen Extreme Gaming PC" from them died at just over 2 years, and I was left helpless. PNY wouldn't honor a warranty because it was sold from iBuyPower, and iBuyPower wouldn't honor a warranty beyond their 1 year parts warranty. I'll never buy another PC from them or a PNY part again. I'd have been better off building it myself at the local shop or going through a big box store.

Very good pc build for a great price, especially on todays market. Was shipped fast, videocard was not installed to protect it while shipping, interior of pc was well insulated. Super easy instructions to seat the gpu. Booted up fine. One issue was from microsoft, I signed in with my existing account, and their software wanted to import expired windows keys, and would not recognize the one in place by ibuypower. I called, had a very short wait for tech help, he immediately resolved the issue, and its been smooth sailing since. Could not have asked for a better prebuilt pc buying experience.

They have a lot of different options of builds available for purchase which was really helpful for finding exactly what I was looking for. I ended up going with the iBUYPOWER Slate Gaming PC Desktop (SBI5N5701) for my brother and couldn't be happier. No issues with startup and it runs games buttery smooth.

I paid over 2k for my pc with them. After it was 3 days late, I called and they opened a UPS claim. They promised this would take 7 to 10 business days. 15 business days later, and no reaching out from Ibuy, I call them again. They tell me there’s nothing they can or will do and that I am “welcome to buy another pc” from their site. A few days later they tell me they will issue a refund but that it will take a week for me to see it on my end. 8 days later, with no refund, I call them again. They tell me that now they are really going to issue the refund and that it will take an additional week for me to see it. They don’t reach out to you. You just have to figure out that something is wrong then call and email them do anything about it. But mainly call because they only respond to email 50% of the time. Absolutely horrible.

Unwilling to fix the problem. I purchased a $6000.00 PC in April of 2024. With that PC I had a 3 year labor and 1 year parts warranty. The AIO cooler quit working and I called IBuyPower to fix it. They refused, saying the part was no longer under warranty. Then proceeded to tell me to call BeQuiet for the warranty as it was still covered by them. Totally unprofessional customer service and technical support. I STRONGLY recommend NOT purchasing from this company.

Do not shop here at all. The PC I bought broke down 3 times in 1 year and became unusable. Now they are not giving any refunds or replacements. I paid 2500 dollars and my money was literally wasted.

What a great deal they had! Fast, efficient purchasing and delivery! This is my first gaming PC and I couldn't be happier. The computer runs fantastic, it's been everything I was hoping for, amazing!

I bought a gaming machine from them. It looks slick with rainbow led lights and works well. Blazing fast. Great price and shipped fast. It was well packaged. It even included a free game, Battlefield 6!

Got my iBUYPOWER PC from Staples and it has been perfect! Having a Intel Core Ultra 7 265F CPU and NVIDIA RTX 5070 GPU has allowed for me to get everything I need done easily without issues. I've has no problems whatsoever and it looks great next to me!

I bought a gaming computer for my 14 year old for Christmas 2024 by February 2025 it stopped working I have been jumping through so many hoops trying to get it fixed using the Ibuypower warranty. When being that it was a brand new computer from Best Buy costing me almost 2k it shouldn’t have any problems. As a single mother who simply wanted my child to have something really nice I’ll never purchase from them again

The company sent me a damaged tower. It took a week for a fedex to ship it from florida to california. I'm now waiting another 2 weeks to. Uh, uh, obviously get my tower that I ordered that came damaged. This is the worst turnaround for any company. I've ever had encountered.

Ordered Y40 Pro Gaming PC off Amazon. Built well. Runs well. Frames load well while gaming. Good quality build.
