DO NOT BUY HERE !!!!
I finally got the bed and after 3 months it started making loud noises when I move slightly, they promised me a new part, but have been waiting for more than a year, and they do not reply, and you can not reach them at all. They even remove the option to chat from the website and the phone are permanently unreachable.

VERY BAD PRODUCT AND CUSTOMERSERVICE

The bed was exactly as we had ordered, the delivery and installation was quick and efficient. Really pleased with the bed and would highly recommend you to anyone requiring to update their bed. Excellent quality .

I received the bed on time but after a few days I opened the box to put some stuff in but I couldn't close it anymore. I removed the locks but the cover still wouldn't go down so I ended up removing all four axles to be able to close the cover. I have sent numerous emails to customer service to have a technician come look at it but they just don't respond. They don't even answer the phone. Customer service is non existent and it seems like you are on your own with any issues after delivery. I advise you to stay away from this company.

They dont provide complete details. I have complaint about 1 issue in thier chat several times about missing things in my order. even in their site chat they told me that we will deliver it , they lied its out for delivery (have screenshots of chat). lastly after 1 year I left complaining about those missing things because of no response.
there was 1 more issue for which i sent them a mail to klantenserviceiboxspring.nl(order - 6060) but no response again. if you are buying from them dont expect any service.

We recently purchased a new Boxspring, and we are very happy with our decision! The customer service was friendly and helpful, making the process smooth.
The bed itself is very comfortable, providing the perfect balance of support and softness. The delivery and assembly team were professional and efficient, handling everything with care.
To top it all off, the price of the Boxspring was more affordable compared to other options on the market. I feel like I got an amazing deal without compromising on quality.
Overall, I highly recommend the new Springbox for its comfort, excellent customer service, and great value.

My experience has been traumatic. A bed that looks brown in pictures but is grey in reality ( compensated ) . 15 years warranty with bed producing very uncomfortable sounds after just three months. A team of unskilled people that is sent to fix the issue and manage to scratch , peel of the paint from my new bedroom dresser. I don't feel comfortable writing similar reviews however this is what has happened unfortunately. I hope they will improve.I should have bought a bed elsewhere.
