dishonest customer service

I ordered a mattress for my VW California van. The picture on the website were wrong (pictures of a van with a kitchen, when the mattress was for a van without kitchen).
I had to pay to send the item back, had to pay on top of this a return fee, customer service doesn't care and is not trying to help.
I cancelled the order of all other items I ordered with them, I am still fighting to get a refund.
Bad and dishonest customer service.
