Top speed
Perfect service and speed of execution. Delivery promised tomorrow, I got it this morning, hence even faster that announced.
Ordering, ongoing information, overall time from order to delivery Top Notch.
(the only setback has nothing to do with the order but I asked them to communicate in English or French (or Swedish), but their com bot continue to write me in bloody German, which is only my fourth language...)
Anyhow, I can warmly recommend IBKbike !
Furthermore, they were able to deliver, in this short term, a Gravel Bike that every other source I've tried could deliver only in 2022 or 2023 !!!

I have ordered S-works Ethos size 61 to Switzerland. I did not find it anywhere else. The price was very reasonable. A week and a half after the order, I received a bicycle. Model and size corresponded to what I ordered. The bike was neatly packed and it looks like it was assembled and tuned before shipping, because after installing the handlebar and wheels, no additional adjustments were required. Everything is competent and clear.

A lot of confusion
A lot of confusion on my order as IBK could not connect my online order and my emails. Multiple calls needed to get it fixed, resulting in delays. Then they told me they would not swap parts on the bike I was buying (handlebars), but when they looked in the warehouse they had sold the wheels from the bike I was buying to someone else. Very frustrating and what should have been a simple bike purchase ended up taking 3 months to get right.
