I cant believe they are still trading! its been over 4 years and they still cannot get my account correct.. even their own engineers are telling them they are wrong.
Ombudsman ruled in my favour and still haven't fixed the issue.
The don't reply to email, phone, they truly have no idea what they are doing.
Why is the watchdog not investigating this??
