I should have read the previous trustpilot review, I don't think this company is still in operation. I put an order in last Sunday and then didn't receive any email confirmation but by Monday I'd seen they'd taken my money, thankfully paid by c/c. I've emailed & phoned twice and left messages but I've had no response, the website should be taken down if it's no longer operating.

Good
Received order, was bit delayed. The sweets and stuff ordered turned out good.
Just disappointed in their customer service, no response to WhatsApp, email or update on delivery date.
In the past I haven't had an issue as delivery confirmation was sent but not this time.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Order took 7 days to arrive, just in time for party: for fresh pastries!! Arrived in box but squashed down one end instead of neatly laid out on the tray. Wrote a report with photo but ignored by supplier.

Worst online experience ever!!
I ordered some sweets from their website. One item of my order was out of stock and I never received a refund for that item. I tried to contact them multiple times to ask for my refund and they never replied. It's been now over a month and still nothing has been received.... absolutely horrible!!!
I will never order again from their website.....avoid by all means!!

Arrived after seven days with free gifts
We ordered ours six days in advance of the date we needed it, unfortunately it arrived after seven days but that's not too bad. My advice is place your order two weeks or more before you need it because the use by dates are for the following year and the products are vacuum sealed so there's no problem ordering early.
The order process could be improved however and that's where they lost one star. Once you place the order there is no communication so you have no idea whether your order has been dispatched. In my case I rang them to check the order had been received and they were very nice and confirmed it had been sent following which it took a further three days to arrive by Royal Mail.
Finally they threw in a handful of small gifts which was a really nice touch, overall I recommend them but be prepared to wait a little for it to arrive.
