If I could give IAS Immigration Advice Service zero stars, I would. It has taken my partner and l two years to finally write this review because of the severe trauma and health issues we suffered due to their horrific service.

Our experience with IAS was nothing short of a nightmare. The service we requested took an unbelievable three years to be completed, causing immense stress, anxiety, and health problems—so much so that my partner fell seriously ill to the point where she has now been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and other serious diagnosis.

Communication? Terrible.

We constantly had to chase them, calling over and over, only to be met with useless agents who could never provide answers. Our assigned lawyer was rarely available, and when we were in desperate need of help, we were left completely in the dark—hopeless and abandoned.

The company is apparently run by two ruthless lawyers who seem more interested in draining your finances than actually helping you. After paying another significant amount of money, they kept asking for more, while delivering no results.

Emails were answered late, if at all. There was constant miscommunication, and they worked like clueless amateurs. We ended up doing most of the work ourselves, despite paying them for professional assistance.

For the sake of your mental and physical health, avoid IAS at all costs. No one deserves the stress, frustration, and suffering that this company will put you through.

My husband and I worked with Jonathan Brown and Laura Christian for our Spousal visa application for the UK. From start to finish they were both great. Jonathan was always on hand to answer our questions very quickly, and even working across different time zones we got everything done. We went for the full service and the advice/ assistance they offered was great, we really couldn’t have got the visa approved without them.

I used IAS to assist me with applying for a family visa, and I found they had a very professional manner to my situation. I would especially like to thank Mariam Adebayo, who was my caseworker, for her experienced support throughout the application process.

I tried to reschedule a meeting I missed. They never responded my emails when I tried to reschedule so I had to call them, when I did, they said they would get back to me and never did. Each person whom I spoke on the phone told me a different story about their refund policy and I lost 100 pounds eventually. I had called them three times, emailed them three times before I gave up.

My experience with her and the team was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive.

I found them to be deceptive. I paid for a consultation with a solicitor. The next appointment was 3 weeks out. I ended up getting the information from another solicitor (for free) so I called them 10 days before my consultation and they told me I would receive a partial refund. When I asked why they said that part of my payment included a non-refundable deposit. I fought it because they NEVER INFORMED ME of any such thing when they took my payment over the phone. For this reason, I would NOT trust this company. They are solicitors and they should be way more trustworthy than this! Don't companies HAVE TO DISCLOSE such a thing at the time of payment?

Listen to the 1 star reviews. These people aren't serious and only out to take your money, once they have your money you will see an instant shift in how you're treated. I wish I had before me and my partner even contacted them. The 5 star reviews must have been bought. Look up their reviews on reddit, you'll see no one has anything good to say about them.

We were applying for my baby's right of abode visa from India back to the UK. We used IAS and they were fantastic, professional service, excellent advice, prompt responses and made the process simple and smooth for us. We would thoroughly recommend this service and a special mention to Mariam Adebayo who was our case worker.

I had an initial consultation with Dina Modi this morning regarding an immigration issue, and she was excellent. She was extremely accurate, precise, and knowledgeable, explaining complex information in a clear and straightforward manner. I would would like to thank the IAS Global Immigration organisation and specially my lawyer Lola Tinubu who assisted me with my visa. Everything went smoothly, as advertised

Waisted a whole year with ias. Constant delays; having to produce again and again information that became dated for my partners visitor visa. Case worker impossible to contact. Eventually l agreed to half refund of my money.
