I just can’t understand why this POS doesn’t stay connected. I have to go out once a week and reset. I guess I’ll try a cable connection. So disappointed..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IF YOU SWITCH INTERNET PROVIDERS YOU CAN FORGET EVER USING YOUR “AUTOMATED” SYSTEM AGAIN. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. PHONE CALLS ARE NEVER RETURNED. GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF THE DAY OR NIGHT YOU CALL WITH NO ABILITY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. EMAILS ARE IGNORED. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PURCHASE THIS SYSTEM.

The worst decision I’ve made this year
The worst decision I’ve made this year. Paid $1900 for iAquaLink. Had it for 3 weeks. It has never worked. I’ve had the pool guys out here 3 times. They can’t get it to work. I enter the serial number of my unit on the app and I get the message “Please enter a valid serial number”. Just called support. They’re closed. It’s a CA number and yet they’re closed at 2pm CA. This product sucks. It’s made with cheap components. It’s crap. And it DOESN’T WORK! Backed up by non existent support. I’m de-installing it and bringing it back to the pool guy. Do not buy this. I will never buy anything from this company again. Lowest possible rating. Zero.
