Graham was lovely, non judgemental and provided lots of information I genuinely wasn't aware of. Expected a long winded boring few days but very surprised at how engaging it actually was.

Graham is the best instructor, made me realise the dangers. Very informative course I reccomend!

Amazing chap - Thank you. As a fellow trainer I appreciate how hard it is to keep people engaged online.
I felt the course was very informative and I felt I learnt a lot. It's given me a chance to reflect and understand my actions.
Someone on my course did suggest that maybe a half day course over a period of 4 weeks would be better as the first two days are heavy as there's so much information to take in and at times I felt this overwhelming.
I felt being with others who were in the same position helped and sharing experiences helped massively
But a massive thank you once again to Glen who is a fab trainer :)

I had a company mandated defensive driver training with Dan from Newcastle. It was an amazing session, not only do i feel a lot more comfortable driving long distances for work, but he also helped me better understand the safety features of my new company car. I would highly recommend doing training with him!

everything i learn on this course its was relly helpfull to me. everyone i met on this course all were very kind and helpful.

When I got told I thought it was going to be a drag but with Caroline the days went fast as we all get involved and after the I found myself telling my mates deferent facts and didn’t even realise I was doing it so for me it’s well worth doing and it’s not as bad as you think

I found the IAM RoadSmart Drink Drive Rehabilitation Course very useful and insightful. It was a valuable opportunity to discuss situations and issues with individuals in the same position as I, having been disqualified from driving.

The course content was informative and enlightening and it was delivered in a very measured and non-judgmental way by a very engaging trainer.

I highly recommend the DDR course to anybody who finds themselves disqualified from driving, to encourage personal reflection and mitigate the potential risks of reoffending.

I had a Sarah for two out of the three sessions for this course, and she made the experience very enjoyable and eased any nerves I had about completing it. She helped to provide essential statistics and facts about drink driving, and it left me with lots to think about.
I would recommend taking this course with IAM if you're lucky enough to have it with Sarah.

The course has been excellent. Our trainer was very engaging, informative, empathetic and understanding. It can be very nerve racking when you find yourself in a position to take this course, but it is very informative, non-judgemental and forces to think about your actions from a perspective you wouldn't have otherwise considered, which you can then use to make sure that you never find yourself in this situation again. Would highly recommend.

I was rather reserved about undertaking the DDR course, however thanks to the patience and understanding of the Trainers especially Sarah my experience was very positive. I now have a better understanding and appreciation for the way alcohol affects the body and mind as well as the understanding of how "home measurements" actually contain more units of alcohol than expected. All of the teachings provided have helped me over the course of the 3 weeks and would highly recommend to anyone who isn't sure if the DDR course is for them.

I felt that this was really helpful and wasn’t as boring as I thought it would have been, Sarah has been an excellent trainer and non judgmental too, she made great effort and made sure everyone was engaged. I learnt a lot about alcohol that I didn’t know and will definitely put things into practice that I learnt to be a safer driver on the road.

The experience was very calm and relaxed, with everyone treating each other respectfully, which made it easy to feel comfortable and open during the sessions. The trainer, Sharon, was highly informative, explained things clearly, and encouraged discussion. I learned a lot of things I didn’t know before, particularly about the risks and consequences of drink driving. I would highly recommend this course to anyone in a similar situation.

The whole experience was very supportive. The group was really friendly. I learnt a lot of things that will help keep myself and others safe in the future. We're lucky that we have the availability of this course.
