Lacking customer service
Clothing quality is similar to shein yet much more expensive. When their items are actually in stock, they ship fast but when it comes to reaching out to their customer service, they don’t respond. No matter how many follow ups, they do not respond. It’s really unfortunate because they receive so many paying customers daily and the least they can do is respond in a timely fashion. Alternatively, send some type of confirmation that messages are even received and will respond back within a certain timeframe. There’s no reassurance.

Beautiful, stylish and on trend
Fast shipping (next day delivery), and so happy with my purchases. Beautiful garments that are so stylish and on trend. Have bought many items from this company and have never been disappointed. Sizing can sometimes be a bit tricky. I would recommend sizing down if the garment has a lot of stretch but then sometimes the denim I should have also bought a size down.

had an issue with usps losing the package
i love i am gia :)) there was a problem, that i assume was with usps, where i didn’t end up getting a dress id ordered and the i am gia customer service representative replied quickly and steadily with myself and usps. after they’d connected will usps, they informed me and it became clear that usps had lost the package. they were quick to offer to either send me another dress for free and with express delivery or store credit in the amount i’d spent on the dress. very happy with my experience.
