Paying for 12MB but getting 1MB or less. Even after filing a complaint, nothing has changed.

I paid for internet recharge *3 I got international and national communication *4 which I don't need. I called the operator and asked them to change it for me. I got many excuses. This has happened more than once they like to sell international calls more than data. I download their app and I found out that you convert internet recharge to calls but not the other way around. Shame on you Maroc telecom
Absence of "must characteristics"
1/4 star for this company and their services ,
Thank you.

Trash internet paying 50 dollars per month ITS TOO EXPENSIVE AND GETTING NO VALUE FROM IT while algeria has 1gb fibre for 40 usd, and we aren't even getting a good 100mb like IAM advertise, literally scammers and a bunch of scumbags in this shithole
what kind of service is this?
I've moved houses from a city to another and we reached to maroc telecome to ask them if they could install a wifi cable at our new home, they gaved us an estimated time for the installation but they didn't even come, I know I might sound impatient but there is no way I'm going to spend the last days of summer vacation doing nothing

Not because you have the Name Maroc in the brand it means you own telecoms in this country, i recently moved to a city where the only fiber service is IAM, it has been 20 days since my subscription (upfront payement of 700dh !!!!) and all i got is a cable going no where and a rude technician no rounter no internet no answers, all i get from costumer service (if they ever answer) is we updated your status to urgent but no urgency whatsoever, in Casa i had Orange fiber and i got set up in 3 days FOR FREE I ONLY PAID STARTING OF THE FIRST INVOICE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TREAT YOU LIKE S#IT.
Maroc telecom is the worst company …
Maroc telecom is the worst company to use for calls and internet they just still the people money
And its the pricey services in the world.
Don't use Maroc Telecom
We arrived at Marrakech airport and went to the Maroc Telecom stand and asked to buy a SIM card, the cheapest one they had was €20 for 20gb of data, I didn't really want that much but decided to carry on. They started changing the SIM and when I went to pay they said cash only despite Orange and INWI in neighbouring booths accepting cards. Despite not being happy we wanted to leave and start our holiday. Whilst transferring in the taxi I looked at the data on my phone and the SIM card was only 2gb!!! Complete rip off. I have given them the opportunity to rectify the issue but they say there's no error, hence reviewing them. My feeling is that the staff on the booth are handing out the wrong SIM cards and pocketing the cash
very expensive service for 12mb/s = 25$
They sell 30 GB and recharge 20 GB.
They sell 30 GB and load 20 GB on the mobile 🤬
Terrible service with worse staff
MAROC TELECOME IS A FRAUD COMPANY
the worst internet service ever !! paying for 12 mega speed and receiving only 3 mega !!! what a scamm
This service is a shame
This service is a shame! I charged twice to have data and each time it didn’t work. When I contacted the customer service for support and showing them proof of payment they told me to go to the agency. When I went they refused to do anything and told me I did a mistake. Don’t make the same error and just go to Inwi or orange!
