Clarity Is Needed…

I was led to believe that the service I was purchasing would permanently remove MDM from my device, however this was not the case. More transparency is needed from this company when advertising their products.

We would like to clarify that we never intend to mislead our customers. As clearly stated on our website, we provide an MDM lock bypass service, not a permanent removal from Apple’s servers. This means the MDM profile is bypassed locally on the device, and in certain situations (such as restore or erase), the MDM lock may appear again.

We always aim to be transparent about how our service works and its limitations, and this information is explained in our service description and guides before purchase. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make our explanations even clearer for future customers.

WOW! Up and going in less than 10 minutes!

WOW! I was told I could keep my old work iPad, but upon wiping it was not able to remove my companies MDM. This program is awesome! It literally took less than 10 minutes to connect, install, and work! Highly recommended!!!
