We use James at i90 for our IT support and the main thing that's kept us with him is how quickly he responds. No chasing, no waiting days for an answer, he just gets back to you and deals with it. Given how many other clients he must be juggling, that's not something you see often.
He's helped us out a few times where something behind the scenes could've caused problems for our own clients, and he sorted it before it became visible. His knowledge is broad, he's never once said "I don't know" when we've asked him something.

Have several years experience in using the services offered by i90.uk in both a professional & personal capacity for all IT requirements.
This morning I had an issue with Excel, sent a message & within moments they had connected to my laptop remotely & the problem was solved.
Would highly recommend this company for their prompt, efficient & cost effective solutions. They really are like having an onsite IT specialist.

Sometimes we are asked to help for problems which only take 30 seconds to resolve but this doesnt make them any less important. Response time is key for an IT Support company and we do the best we can to always ensure a prompt reply.
Computer connectivity issues working remotely
Working from remotely from the office, i90 responded to my request for assistance with computer connectivity issues, in a timely manner. End to end this was resolved within 24 hours. I've used i90, through work, for a few years now and have found them very approachable. They have always provided assistance in a non-patronising way.
